Kitchenette was poorly equipped. Carpet and bathroom were dirty. Bed was very wobbly and did not fit in the bedroom nook. The air conditioner had a mind of its own. Check in process was very odd. We found out that we were not dealing with an actual hotel.

The location was perfect and the pool looked amazing.

It was difficult to actually know where to meet representative. Grand Service Apartments is not really know well by that name. And when we did meet the representative it all seemed a bit dodgy and he really didnt introduce himself as being the representative. The representative was asked for additional towel (3 guests/2 towels) but failed to deliver, I had to ask cleaning staff directly the following day. The queen size bed was a bit uncomfortable with the inner springs of mattress being felt during the night, overall it was acceptable for the price

The location being over a shopping mall was good. Berjaya Times Square is well known by all Grab drivers so was easy to go to and fro.

Definitely needs some TLC in maintenance - problem with toilet flush and very poor ac. Need to provide clearer check in/ out instructions please

No stove top. , TV barely functioning, just one key, for a 2 bedroomed apartment. It meant we had to go in and outside the apartment at the same time which is a big inconvenience .

All well- just an administrative issue of maintenance. The rooms are asking for a makeover.

The location is just wonderful and facilities are very good. Above all Mr Ahmad is a wonderful guy who is always at hand to help you and to make you comfortable. Ahmad is a gem of a man who is ready to render help even at odd hours.

Only 1 key card available for a suite that can hold 5 persons making it almost impossible to coordinate travel and trips for all people. No smoking facilities within the building making it very uncomfortable for those who smoke Prices - too many non advertised hidden costs payable at check in ((in cash only) we paid an additional 26% on top of advertised price for 3 persons

I was initially apprehensive after reading the reviews. However, the apartment is truly good value for money. The beds and pillows and sofa were comfy. There are no signs of cockroaches. Cutlery and mugs and glasses were provided. Kettle to boil water for coffees. Microwave for hot meals. Definitely will stay there again. Good location, too. Ahmed and Mizanur were helpful hosts.

The internet not very stable..sometimes work sometimes not. The TV seems very useless as the service very not clear.
