Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe before and after experience. First of all, regarding the parking. We are given only one parking and even that we need to pay RM 10. So, the other cars, we gotta find our own parking spot which can be few metres further. First time experiencing issue with parking. Next, we had an issue with housekeeping, which made our checkout time delayed. Deposit was held by because of 2 towels were missing. Very bad communication between the owner and housekeeping agents. Accusation were made on us without proper checking. We had to spend time to clear it by checking the video details of the room and checking whether there were guests a day earlier or not. Finally because they can't find the proof, the decided to return our deposit.
The room was very comfortable and big.

Malaysia1. The place was super comfortable and definitely worth the money. Standard suite was just nice for a family of three. 2. Located right beside Aeon Maluri, Sunway Velocity Mall, Ikea Cheras and in the middle of other KL attraction centres as well. 3. Deposit was RM300 and parking fees was RM10 per day. The deposit might be a lot but as long as you follow the house rules, there shouldn't be any problem and you will get your deposit upon check out...(right away 😬)

Singapore-Deposit of RM 600 for 2 suites were rather expensive. -We were only given 1 access card per apartment. Inconvenient for big families. -Laundry racks should be provided to allow families to dry their clothes since we were not allowed to dry them at the balcony. -We were charged RM100 due to some stains on the bed sheets.
Booked 2 3 Room suites apartments for my big family of 15 ppl (including an elderly on wheelchair) -Great location with great view. -Walking distance to Sunway Velocity Mall and other eateries and near to other places of interest such as KLCC & Kidszania. -Availability of convenience store at the ground level in case you need to get some stuff. -Basic facilities were provided especially washing machines which we requested for. -Swimming pool area @ 9th floor was big and spacious, suitable for family gathering. -Good security.

IrelandNo toaster. Please get toasters in rooms. Netflix not working on tv. Well I signed it but it said tv needed upgrade. Too many rules at pool about not eating or drinking. Also pool area being cleaned as we were trying to sunbathe. One guy was on the tree behind me snapping off branches. Part of pool taped off as they mopped. This was 2pm in the day. Not relaxing. No music .lack of colour. Very soulless. Also 2 of my family were staying on another floor. Could not access the floor. Had to meet at G. level. Very awkward. Check in slightly chaotic. Please warn on website about having to pay a deposit of RM 300 on check in. Great view from room and good bathroom made my stay comfortable.

Malaysia1) The instruction has to be specific especially during check in process, parking and layout of building. Which I recommend the host to make a pdf file that include proper and specific instructions with pictures as well. 2) You have to pay for parking per day which Rm10. For me, it would be better if you can pay it only once if you stay here for few days. 3) The deposit is quite high for me but luckily their process of refund is good

SingaporeThe check-in process was slightly complicated, we need to wait for the staff when we arrive. And there was slight miscommunication during check-in as the staff handed us a room card for a room that had been extended by the previous guest so we almost came to the room that is still occupied. Thankfully the staff realized before we left the reception and after waiting for approx. 15mins we managed to get our room card. Apart from the lingering smell of smoke (from smoking of previous guest) in the room, we enjoyed our stay there.
Great size for a family of four. Apartment facilities are good. The location is also great as you have the shopping mall right across the apartment, so it's easy to buy groceries, bread, or find meals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, pretty easy to commute anywhere around the city, plenty of Grab drivers around.

SingaporeThere was no sheltered pathway to the mall, so it was a bit of a hassle when it was raining. There should be more frequent checks on the furniture as one of the beds was broken and the kettle was spoilt. However, the team responded quickly and changed it the day after. We also had an unpleasant experience with the security guard of the property, he was very rude to my guests and my family. Might want to work on that issue as these people are the first ones to welcome you to the property.
The living area was spacious for a group. It was near the Sunway Velocity Mall, which has a lot of things and food places. It was clean and comfortable.
