I recently stayed at Royce Residence and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall stay. The location is unbeatable, with the Petronas Twin Towers just a short walk away. The highlight was the stunning infinity pool, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The room is huge and the facilities are sufficient. Great hospitality given by ALMA and the representative, Abdul Sauf. Answered every inquiry clearly and patiently. The view from the pool is magnificent. Location is nearby to KLCC and convenience stores/restaurants. Will come back for sure.

Everything just perfect for us, hope they can maintain this quality so we will be back anytime we are traveling to Kuala Lumpur.

Perfect stay, nice & new property, great infinity pool, gym not big but comfy. They have helpfull & responsive staff. Groceries just some step across. Bargain price, and located just 10 minutes walk from Twin Tower.

Very good location close to KLCC. Management very helpful. After checking out, they helped kept our bags safely and our stay was wonderful. Facilities was good especially the kitchen with utensils. Rooftop swimming pool was really nice and with good view. Would definitely want to stay there once I visit again.

It can be cleaner in some part of the room, like there is some stain on the carpet and the towel, and hopefully they add rack hanger for Towels.

It's quite affordable for an apartment that only require 15 minutes walk to the Petronas Twin Tower, the facility also great, with an infinity pool that looks into the Petronas Tower. The room itself quite comfy, and the facility in the room is very great and helpful for traveling. One more thing, the customer service is great and very responsive.

The parking space. Mine was at 8th floor and it’s a bit creepy since my car was the only car parked there.

The single room doesn't have a nightstand or a small table (maybe because of not enough space)

It's surprising that the apartment uses all the equipments from Bosch (Refrigerator, washing machine, infared stove, oven), that's incredible. I got the excellent support from the staff via Whatsapp.

Check in process was slightly lengthy as we had to go to the receptionist, get buzzed into the lift by another person and paid the deposit on another floor. Parking was also a bit of a hassle as we had to go up 10 floors, other than that it was a great experience.

Love the rooms, very clean, free parking, kitchenette was appropriately stocked with all the utensils needed, all the facilities were great, good location and it is exactly as expected.

The hot shower should have improved or get better system. Not sufficient hot for bath tub.

Spacious and tastefully decorated serviced apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The swimming pool on the rooftop as well as our apartment had a beautiful view on the Petrona Towers. We really recommend.

Everything was fine, sometimes we needed to wait for the elevators and/or stopping a lot on the way up and down, but as on holidays, we were not in a hurry.

Amazing view of the city, great apartment with two separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom, perfect for a family stay. Washing machine and tumble dry were handy.
