The property was a beautiful escape from the hustle outside in Palermo. The newly renovated property was so comfortable with high end bedding and towels. The shower was hot and had great water pressure and the bed was the most comfortable of all our stays in Europe. The tv is a smart tv so easy to watch Netflix. The host Salvo was very helpful and available if we needed him and helped us with parking at the front of property. We were able to do our laundry there for a small fee. The position is fantastic a close walk to everything and just outside the ZTL so no worries with cameras or fines.

We were actually upgraded to here from Hotel Continental and were extremely happy! So close to train station. Old world charm with lavish surroundings. Had lovely cocktails on our last night.

Nice place to stay, the hosts were really kind. The ceiling and floor from the place are original from the 1600s. Location is optimal as well.

Could be noisy sometimes as there are some restaurants nearby (it’s not like the owners can control that but it’s good to take into account in case you’re looking for a quiet place to stay).

the hotel was soffer from a sewage smell and they tried to hide it with kind of odore. it was impossible to stay there. so we left this is why i ask for return the money back to me.

Location was excellent very close to train station and visiting the City.

Room was very stuffy and mattress cover a bit uncomfortable. Website makes it look like the terrace is at this location when it is actually at sister hotel Independent. Having said that we enjoyed the cocktails there. Breakfast was very good something for everyone!

The location was not good, cargo trains passed close by late into the evening and very early in the morning. It was chilly and no way to turn heating on. A bit grubby.
