The room was very dark as the windows was covered with the wooden doors which you couldn't open.

Very close to Termini Station where you can catch a bus,train or metro.Lots of shops & places to eat around.

It was quite hard to find the hotel and check in was difficult as it required phoning the hotel staff to have someone come down and provide us with the keys and access information.

The location was perfect - right near Roma termini station and very affordable.

Shower was dirty, there was a lot of strange hair in the drain, which we had to clear , cause water was not going away. Pillows were really bad, we didnt have propper blanket. Much noise right under the window at night , when we were trying to sleep.

Locality was good, almost right next to Termini station, with good distance to almost every monuments we wanted to visit. Wifi connection was relatively good, but could be better.

Near termini. The location was not too far from the center (25min walking) and this neighborhood was much nicer than the other side of termini. There is a/c which was great.

AC was 5e a night and I could swear the room was secretly heated. Seriously though, cheap, and you get what you expect. Would not completely recommend.

AC is not included in the starting cost of the room, you have to pay 5 euro per day if you want AC. The toilet had maybe the worst toilet paper we have ever seen.

The bed was spacious and comfy, the AC worked really well (once you pay to use it), the water pressure was good.

There was no reception at all had to call and wait outside for someone to come and check us in. Nobody cleaned the room and toilet. Had to use same bedding and towels for 3 nights. Had to buy buy soaps to take shower. No kettle to even make tea. Poor internet service on our last day had trouble to do my online check in. Never had such a bad experience in my life were ever I went.

The place was super congested, didn’t have even a place to place my luggage and open it, so I had to open it on my bed every time. No toiletries provided. The property manager was not pleasant, he was not happy at all when I questioned about the 6€/night for city taxes though I didn’t say I will not pay but I needed explanation. The AC did not work and was told to open the window whenever feel hot inside the room. I struggled with my sleep at nights because it is on the Ground Floor and it was noisy when the window opens right to the street.

The place was close to Roma Termini, the main train station in Rome. The only good thing I can say about the property.

Good size, comfortable room. The location of the B&B is perfect - close to the station, restaurants( highly recommend restaurant Andre) and walking distance to Coloseum and Forum. The host was very helpful.

The bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned. Soap scum in the shower. Floors were gross. Have to pay for AC even though it is advertised. Also, there was no breakfast, which is advertised as well. Overall, the place was gross and would not be recommended. The owner was also not very helpful with helping us find transportation.

The owner is very strict regarding check-out hour - he locked the outside door at exactly 10:00, we nearly got locked up in the apartment. Our apartment was on the ground floor so it was really loud because of the noises coming from the street and with closed window it was really hot inside.

The location is okay, rather clean, nice bathroom - toilet, bidet and a decent shower. There were also additional blankets and pillows in our wardrobe, working hairdryer. The room was rather spacious. The bed was huge and very comfy.
