Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was perfect. It was close to almost everything. The common area was being cleaned everyday. The host are kind, they answered all questions we had, and even granted a favor we asked in our last day.

GermanyBecause of the railways nearby, it is very loud if you have the windows open. If you visit Trento in summer, it’s mostly necessary to open the windows to cool down the room over night.
The location is perfect, you are in the near of the old town and as well of the train station.

ItalyOld Building, second floor with no lift. Three guests but only two towels were given. The "parking" claimed was the public parking and not a private spot as the other B&B usually confirm. Small things were not refilled (Sugar jar empty, remote batteries were low..)
Good restaurarion with and eccellent use of the spaces and lights; forniture for cleaning,, cooking and Heart was available.

LatviaLocation near railway and trains wake up constantly at night. The territory outside is rather dirty and looks not so safety in the dark. There are washing machines, but there is no detergents and host cannot provide them. It is necessary to contact host in advance about exact arrival time. Otherwise you should wait an hour, cause they live far away from the apartament

MoldovaA very nice, cozy ,full of light and great apartment ! It was very clean and modern with all necessary things at hand. Also the place where the apartment is located is very useful and very beautiful ,everything you may need is one step from you and when you get home you are in your own modern and cozy little univers. I really enjoyed the bathroom as well , very comfortable like most things in the apartment. Would totally recommend to everyone, and if I had the opportunity to be near this places again I would totally get it again !
