The hotel is located behind a car wash, which is not in operation at night, about 5 kilometers from the city center of Rouen. There is ample parking and good public transport, particularly via the T4 bus. My room was 3.6 meters long, 2.6 meters wide and 2.5 meters high. A smaller window faced outwards. As the room was rather cheap by French standards, I found the price-performance ratio to be satisfactory. Some restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The location would be quiet if it weren't for the poor soundproofing between the rooms and to the corridor. As is usual for this type of hotel, it was spartanly furnished. There was also no elevator. The toilet and shower were about 10 meters away in the corridor. At least there was a washbasin in the room. There was room for improvement with regard to the cleanliness of the toilets.

Fantastic place, especially if you go to Taylor Swift Eras Tour, but not only of course, the hotel is clean and nice, the staff friendly and efficient, bar and restaurant really good and cosy, the view from the 18th floor incredible, great place

it has a nice modern vibe, cool shower cabins, it doesn't feel too hostel-ish, like you know what i mean, bunk beds and dirt :D very clean and comfy stay

It was very far from the center of Rouen and if you walk from the station to it you pass a pretty bad area. Also the room was stuffy and the bed was sweaty with some kind of plastic on the mattress so your skin couldn’t breathe under the sheets.
