The only "negative" thing is the cleanliness of the room which should be improved, for example, the coffee table wasn't cleaned recently (still some old stains on it) and some very minor dust around. But definitely not big issues.

There is a room for improvement in breakfast menu. Possibly a bit more variety of food would make it a lot better. As I am stay in this hotel quite often so some rooms definitely need an upgrade in terms of carpets, furniture, and toilets.

Hotel's closeness to la defense Paris business district. This particular room was spacious but could do with a bit of TLC. Overall a a decent place to stay.

I stay in Pullman hotel quite often due to its closeness from la defense Paris business district. Front desk staff was quite helpful. This room was clean, WiFi signal was OK. Overall a comfortable stay. Would recommend if you are a business traveller.

I stay here quite often due to its closeness from la defense Paris business district. The staff is very helpful. This time the room standard was not that great. Carpets need replacement in this specific room and so is the toilet. WiFi signals weren't that great with the connection dropping regularly. Possibly WiFi extenders in some areas may do the job. Breakfast menu was Ok but definitely has room for improvement.

Room was too hot and stuffy and adjusting the thermostat appeared to have no effect. No ability to even crack window open to get fresh air. Breakfast was expensive at 29 Euros, even though plenty of choice. Limited choice on room service menu.

Polite and informative staff. Great location in canter of business district. Comfortable clean room (apart fro A/C) Well catered for breakfast with plenty of choice. (though it was expensive) WiFi was fast and there was a LAN cable for hardwire connection.

Room was good but it's need to have exhaust air duct and need to have welcoming package ( such juice , chips, etc... at least for the first day in the hotel , also the light was very low need to increase light in the room .

We were disappointed to learn Breakfast was omitted, the breakfast is pretty poor and limited in choice, we paid 108 euros per day. To a point, we ate breakfast out on our last day. The room was great, a great family room; the bathroom lacked the quality of the hotel; the shower was poor; the bathroom was cold; the toilet did not flush every time, and water leaked. We ate in the restaurant on a Monday evening; food was very poor; there were limited vegetarian options, the service was appalling and it was just not worth the money we paid to eat there. Bar seemed to run out of things; so you could not have the drink you wanted.

The hotel staff are amazing, the location is great, and we like the hotel. Definitely stay again.

the night of 25 november the manager of the floor entrance { reception} not so polite, there was alot of people after Fally Ipupa concert in Arena so many was in the wall son talks so bad to many people also me

The rooms need modernising. The car park is great if your car is under 1.9m

room was not properly vacuumed each day out of the fixed price for paris for airport taxis ran out of toilet paper small room even after getting a free upgrade The bath is so high that I almost fell a couple of times

I could hear the train early in the morning, not very disturbing but disturbing enough for a light sleeper like me.
