Hard to get key confusing

It was funny to get the key, because it was 2 street far in a fastfood rest. The bed was overused, sofa was broken and dirty. No space in toilette for legs.

The bathroom is very small, it is hard to fit. Dirty cabin. Renovation needed. The bed collapses inward. Ok for two days, good location near the Eiffel Tower.

It was terrible. Communication with the host was also a, terrible! There were multiple issues and I complained to booking.com, we were both trying to get hold of the host and the host didn’t respond. Some issues were: Black mould everywhere, made me so sick, I’ve been coughing up blood, second bed (sofa bed) was broken and unusable, the internet did not work, bedding was smelly and stain, did not meet description and was not liveable. We left that same night we got there, tried to get hold of host but no response, and now refuses to give us a refund and ignoring messages. Completely out of order.

Worse ever place.

Stay away from that property, this is one very tiny room and most importantly owner of property is most disgusting man ever I have seen in my life. First of all he made me wait 2 hours in such hot weather for collecting the key. Because it’s a private property and when we arrive at location he tells us to wait and then we have to collect keys from some shop nearby. Then he tells us to wait again. Then he sends video on what’s app it means our what’s app number is also leaked. He tells in the video go left and right and 3rd floor etc. it’s total stupid stuff after paying €116. I asked him can you pick my call and communicate with me properly. He said I am working. What the Hell he’s talking about isn’t it work ? I paid €116. Then he spoke to me very rudely 3-4 times on phone call. I came back from Eiffel Tower my room lock got stuck and I was waiting again 1 hour outside. I just missed my flight but luckily I got it. Room is very tiny and dirty, toilet is very very tiny. I feel very very unsafe at the property because of weird location and the behaviour of landlord. I had to leave room early because I was not feeling safe at all. He threatened me properly two three times. This man is big scam. I am frequent traveller and I always book through booking.com. This I am really disappointed.

Not as described to say the least. Advertised as having air con but did not, instead, there was a plug in fan on top of the wardrobe. The bed was sunken in the middle. Three flights of stairs with no lights and no lift which was not advertised. The bathroom was so small, when you sat on the toilet, you had to side saddle it and your feet stuck out the door into the bedroom. The sink was cracked and the tap loose. The shower cubicle was dirty, mouldy and so small you could barely turn never mind raise your arms. There were people doing work in the ceiling and sawing from 7:00AM right outside our door and we had to squeeze past them to get out. We never attempted to use the small kitchenette for fear of something falling apart. The owner also used the room as storage for maintenance as there were spare tiles, door handles and god knows what else stored on top of the kitchen cupboards. Even the lamp in the living room was melted. The room smelled of damp and the only electrical points were extension leads. The small double bed was too bulky for the room and I hit my shin every time I passed it. I would not recommend this place, not even to someone I hated. We felt so unsafe and I couldn't sleep for fear of someone murdering us in our sleep.

it was the worst stay of my whole life. we got scammed. the room was on the 4th floor so you had to take a spiral stairs upstairs, which is extremely inconvenient for travellers carrying luggage. they had towels that i’m pretty sure are from 17th century. the toilet door couldn’t be closed because half of my body was outside the toilet and half was inside- it was literally so small. the smell in the room was insufferable; i think they used some air refresher to hide the stench from old age, so every time i walked into the room, my first thought was how desperate i was to leave. the bedding was horrible and the duvets, worse. we didn’t use the appliances they had because i couldn’t even stand the sight of them.

NO elevator and on the 3rd floor. Not good for elderly people. The super duper tiny bathroom is in the closet so don’t expect to hang your clothes there. There is another small closet to hang the clothes. Only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 nights. We had to buy more. Although I didn’t use their provided towels- my aunt said it stinks! So beware of dirty towels. Washing machine is in the kitchen - I saw mold or dirt in the tray where you put the soap/detergent. Was unable to scrub it out so maybe it is hard to clean dirt. There was no musty smell. The tiny place is run down. Good for young budget travelers - couple or solo Don’t book if over 70 years old unless in exceptional health.

Location - 5 blocks to Eiffel Tower can see part of the ET by going to the corner 3 doors to the market 👍🏼 and restaurants, shops and bars are all right there. Wifi - is strong here! The BEST so far in my stays in Paris 👍🏼
