When I first saw the pub right under my window, I thought it would be noisy, but actually the sound proofing of the windows are very efficient and I barely heard any noise coming from downstairs. Amazing staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. The bedroom is very comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay there again!

The room was clean and bright, Viorica from housekeeping is doing o great job. Alexandra from the breakfast is very professional and very kind. The inginer from the maintenance 11th floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic job Michael and Alfred from concierge ! Ahmed from Spa and swimming pool is very friendly and professional! The staff from the Florentine Trattoria was really nice! Manuello and Abdoul very professional! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast and excellent hospitality! I definitely will come back!
