While making our hotel reservation we were actually hesitant about buying breakfast because we had seen no information and/or pictures on your website about what you're serving for breakfast. Since we have two children who cant eat sausage and beans at breakfast, we were worried about if we could find Mediterranean breakfast or not. When we saw your breakfast buffet, we were more than pleased and much relieved. The breakfast was excellent, it was beyond our expectations. So you may perhaps consider putting more detailed info regarding your breakfast buffet on your web page. The staff was always very polite and helpful. The hotel internet was available at every place in the hotel and it was very easy to connect to it. The room was always kept clean. Bottled water, tea and coffee were always available in the room. The location was great for tourists. What we loved the most: It was our twins' birthday and when we arrived the hotel, the lady at the reception gave some birthday presents to them and we found a delicious cake+a birthday card in the room. That was very very nice of the Hotel, thank you!

Superb location, just a walk from Waterloo Tube Station. I had the view of Big Ben from my window. London Eye, Westminster, London Dungeon & many attractions just a walking distance away. Great food options around the property including Starbucks, M&S Food, a bakery plus supermarkets. The room was quite spacious vs the average room in London and they lobby always had a basket of fresh fruits & water for its customers. The hotel also offered a wide range of options for breakfast. If you want to have a fantastic stay in the heart of London, then this is an option you must consider
