The property is great but the room was quite small, but i think its expected out of central London area. The room was cosy and clean and had all necessities and more. The staff more than made up for any tiny bit of inconvenience that you may face in terms of room size. They were the sweetest and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Very polite and charming. Great location-Right behind the Buckingham Palace and very near to the Victoria station

The moment we entered the hotel, we felt like royalty. The reception desk officer was beyond polite, we got upgraded into a beautiful suite, got served complementary house cocktail, and enjoyed the room so much we decided to stay and order room service. Everything from delicious food, service, room and breakfast was beyond our expectations.

Everything is amazing! One of tbe highest point: all the staff is kind, friendly, polite and always smiling. Eder was out host many times during our stay and he is utterly oustanding. Pedro is also a fantastic host and helped us many times: very profissional, polite, elegant and helpful. They turned out stay into a marvellous experience. There is a executive lounge where we can have snacks, ice cream , lindt's chocolates, candies all for free and during all tbe day long. From 5pm to 7pm they have special canapes and from 8pm to 1am many deliciious dishes to have dinner: all included! I highly recommend this hotel.
