A superb hotel and our home in London.Currenrly under going some refurbishment.A legacy hotel for 60 years.Location perfect staff across all areas of the hotel stunning.Restutants wonderful and the club lounge relaxing with ample to eat and drink There is a Sixt hire car outlet downstairs which makes life easier as well. The rooms and suites we stay in are comfortable with comfortable pillows.soft linen and all the amenities needed in the bathrooms. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, and I look forward to coming back in a couple of months.

I enjoyed many coffees at in-house Starbucks where i invariably received excellent service. Concierge Sullyman was ever so welcoming every day - he is such a great guy. Reception staff were warm, friendly and caring during any interactions with them. It was great to meet a fellow Irish lady, Megan, as I checked out - she was so professional and helpful as well as being lovely to deal with. The pianist is amazing - he played the most divine music. I encountered many members of the Team just randomly in the hotel and each and every one was courteous and always so pleasant.
