Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Arab EmiratesStaff mostly did not speak English (when it came to money, they did not speak any English and just wanted to charge extra for whatever). Spa prices apparently is negotiable which is greatly annoying. I went downstairs to ask for a price list - saw one in in TL and then when I returned with money, they had placed a different price list out with dollar prices (much much more than the initial price list). Walls are paper thin and no sleep is guaranteed as you can hear everything in the rooms around you.

United KingdomI didn’t like the room size the bathroom was very basic shower was a very tiny space the room are very dull and dark they need lighting update. No iron when needed the fridge in room don’t work “ excuse is corona period all the fridge in hotel room don’t work!” The breakfast is 0 star absolutely disappointing if you wanted an omelette you would have to pay extra for basic omelette.
The only thing i like was the location and the only staff at the hotel should get credit for is Edgen the night reception man he was absolutely amazing and is a credit to the hotel. He was polite and always willing to help and listen the rest of staff are very rude and have no manners in talking not helpful at all. They need to take training in customer service

Irelandonly let down was the Hamam and spa. While the pool sauna and steam room, which are exceptionally clean, are free to hotel residents, I found it expensive for a Hamam and massage. the staff who lease the property should pay attention to customers and less to their phone
very clean and well run hotel. It is very close to everything you want to see and do in Istanbul. Very helpful staff and a particular mention to the manager Guven, who runs the hotel with class and style. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul.
