Check in experience was less than ideal as there were only 2 counters and the average processing time to check in each customer was at minimum 20 minutes. We could not understand the reasons for the lengthy check in time.

Although this is close to Orchard, still cost some money for Grab or Taxi to get around the city. No kitchen or breakfast facility.

Felt disappointed about the restroom. There is toilet without the hose and no bathroom inside which is embedded in the "family room" of the reservation list. When I booked , it indicated that Toilet with bathroom, but it actually is NOT 🤷😓.

Need to improve on your cafeteria and restaurant to keep it in par with all the other nearby hotels.

Wish there was a good eating area for breakfast and dinner. this is my 4th time staying here.Need to improve on your cafeteria or restaurant. If this is up to standard I'm very sure you will hit the 5star level. Thank you.

no facilities and gym not available. a little cumbersome to have to go to front desk for complimentary parking ticket to get out of carpark for each exit. Front desk is small and may be log jammed with people checking in and out.

The female receptionist on 27th Dec morning shift was unkind. I asked whether early check-in is available. She spoke conclusively cannot. I showed booking.com app that the the guest can early check-in upon availability. After shown, she checked the rooms and told me wait until 1pm and I waited. After 10 min, around 12:50, another guest request early check-in and he got the room key. I felt I was discriminated. She even laughed at other guests, while they checking out and asking for keeping some packages at the lobby for a while. Also I requested queen sized bed but what provided to me was 2 single sized bed, instead. On the room telephone was not connected, there was no wire so I couldn’t get in touch with reception. No information of getting Wifi provided, I found myself how to connect to Wifi. Overall customer service level is poor level, needs some educate how to treat customers and deal with customer’s requests

The rooms are not sound proof, can hear the hard pounding from upstairs or next door when they party. The check out was not really smooth as have to queue with the check-ins as well.

Room size, walking distance to Orchard road shopping area.

On arrival my family was greeted with friendly staff at RELC hotel. Our flight arrived late so we were tired and choose to buy our good from Starbucks at airport before we checked in to RELC hotel. So we came to our room and stored dry items in small tea coffee cupboard and cakes in fridge provided in room. Next morning we woke up and we were greeted by thousand ANTS in our room, our food in both shelves and fridge under attack by ANTS (yes inside fridge too). We told cleaner on our floor about the infestation and cleaner came with a cloth and first smudged all the ants with a wet cloth and used spray to kill remaining ants marching on walls. Throughout our stay we killed ants before sleeping at night. Hotel's breakfast area is called "Scrumptious" but there is nothing available in this breakfast that we included with our booking. Breakfast photos provided juice is just a coloured water and container close to empty and no refills. No food is topped up and every morning we had to walk up to Orchard road to buy extra breakfast. I have videos of Ants marching in my room that I intend to report to Singapore hotels licensing board. Please stay away from this hotel if you want a comfortable stay in Singapore.
