The bathroom could use a touch up, like painting the countertop or the ceiling of the shower. With those fixed up it would a 11/10.

Fantastic location. Easy to access. Great and attentive host. Air conditioning helped a lot on the hot days. Lots of storage. Definitely a great place to stay for anyone visiting Seville!

A bit of a musty smell, but it is an old building.

The apartment ended up being in a great location and was clean, comfortable and good value. There was a small miscommunication with leaving our bags early. We arrived at time given us, used the code to open the door and the previous tenants were still there!! Awkward! They turned out to be very nice and had been told they could stay late as they couldn’t get in to their next place until later. They commented on “funky smell” which there was near kitchen area. Instructions for remote for heat pump might have been nice as it didn’t seem to want to turn off and made place hot which seemed to aggravate smell?

The location was great. It was close to so many restaurants and bars. It is tucked away off the beaten track so it was quiet except for the immediate neighbour's.

We were expecting a double bed and 2 single beds as it was for 3 adults two of whom were pensioners but got 2 double beds and had to use the sofa bed which was not comfortable and had to be put up and down each day. On the first night the whole curtail pole came of the wall during the night so was left without a curtain and got the fright of my life. On the picture on Booking.Com it shows you a roof terrace with fake grass table and chairs and a couple of loungers. There was a roof terrace but not the one shown in the picture this one had no fake grass a couple of table and chairs that you could not sit at too long as they were metal, small and uncomfortable and definitely no loungers. I tried responding to the email that was sent asking how things were going only to get a no reply yo this email message sent back. I called the first number on the message and got someone who asked if I had whatsapp and when I said yes she said she would call me back in 10 minutes, still waiting on that call. My son who can speak Spanish called the next day on the other number and got someone and explained the whole situation and was told she would contact her manager to get back to us and again still waiting on that call, not really acceptable or professional behaviour. If you look at my account you will see that this year I have boked with you a few times but will think twice about booking with you again, I have used you numerous times over the past few years.

The apartment was easy to access even though it was 2am when we arrived. Although a bit tired the apartment was quite spacious, good shower, all you needed for a kitchen although e never really used anything. The beds were comfortable but not the sofa bed which was meant to be used. The location could not have been better minutes from the Cathedral and numerous bars and restaurants.

The location is amazing, you can't get anything better than this, it is right at the center of the old town... Everything is very close by. The apartment is spacious and had good facilities to make tea or coffee. We had direct access to the patio which was another great thing. The only thing that I didn't like was that there were lots of mosquitoes during the night and we got bitten a lot. We couldn't find any mosquito repellent in the apartment. Hence, we didn't get very good sleep.

Getting access on arrival requires co-ordination and communication as there is no 'Reception'. Our bus to Seville was late arriving. This caused a delay in getting access. The room code also did not work. This required us to be given a key, ie one key. Taxis can only get nearby, then you need to find the right alley. Not easy. There was a crazy homeless guy sleeping in the alley next to the bedroom window. I say "crazy" due to his aggressive screaming first thing in the morning. This was a safety and comfort issue but the host made a phone call to Social Services and they relocated him.

Location was excellent. We had a few issues but the host's responses were quick and effective.

The apartment had a bit of a ''musty'' smell which was annoying. Probably due to no sunlight - apartment on the ground floor.

Very central apartment in the old town - And this was a big positive for me. Very lucky to have met the friendly and helpful cleaning staff lady at the door. The Bathroom was wonderful - good shower. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was fairly large.

We would rate it 10, but the not working electronic keypad on the door was an issue especially for the initial arrival when we spent half an hour waiting in front of locked door and malfunctioning lock with two small kids. Also the kids got the large bed and we slept on the expandable coach, we weren't expecting much, but the sofa has seen it's best days, cracking, not really comfortable and rear end kept folding. Probably not recommend for 4 adults due to the quality of the sofa and lack of privacy.

Location and general feel of the place is excellent. The direct access to the patio was really appreciated. We enjoyed a lot the neighborhood and all the beautiful shops and restaurants. The apartment was really authenting with the high ceiling.

The location is unbeatable. It was perfect for the Semana Santa festivities in particular. The solarium and shaded courtyard was a bonus and another great place to relax. Though close to the large bustling plazas, it was very quiet and calm.

One of heaters didn’t work and was extremely cold Blinds didn’t work Bathroom stank very badly Coffee machine broken . Had requested Italian expresso machine on arrival and was told would be done but was only brought after many phone calls next morning saying their machine was broken! and was told would be delivered but wasn’t so went buy cups for their machine but their coffee machine was broken anyway! Had requested days before as arriving late could they supply coffee and milk at first was denied then told I’d have to pay for it. Felt stingy! Other places did do that! so first morning was stressful and wasted and finally we could breakfast at midday! Last morning was also stressful as door code had been changed without informing us! The handyman was very kind and apologetic and with exception one man on phone the others could all have better manners learn to listen and be able say sorry which always welcome in stressful situation! In all fairness they did deliver 2 mugs and a salad bowl as requested! And incense for bathroom. And they realize they were at fault as have offer of discount next visit! Mmm I accept but this visit should have been discounted!

In my opinion, this apartment needs a new freshness. The furniture is old and damaged. It's such an architecture that the room is quite dark and gloomy. It has to be, but such peace requires other positive elements that are not there. This is a good place for one or two nights. I've been there four times and I think I paid too much. It was the most expensive stay for us on this trip. All other accommodations (Cordoba-apartment, Granada-apartment, Zahara-hostel, Antequera-hotel, Malaga-hostel) were nicer, pleasant, good or very good and less expensive. This is my subjective opinion and experience. After this visit, the tourist office sent an e-mail and asked for a 10 opinion and comments in order to improve the services of this apartment. I'm sorry but no ... There is no question of a high rating, and I post my opinion on booking because I ordered the service there. But once again I want to say that the location of this apartment in Sevilla is great (near the cathedral and the royal palace)

Ground floor appartement has basically no daylight. There were no towels when we arrived, which took a few hours to sort. Some TLC needed to fix a few details, e.g. shower in our appartement.

Best location in the heart of it all, yet quiet. Cute small set up, around a little courtyard full of plants. Nice small appartment with all you need.

The apartment could have been cleaned better - dust around edge of room and a few hairs that were not ours.

Perfect location for visiting the old city. Very quiet as tucked away in a little no through street with no access for cars. Roof terrace where we relaxed to read or enjoy breakfast, morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Our apartment was very dark which meant we slept soundly. Comfortable apartment. Key pad for access was good as it meant not having to carry keys around and that we each had independent access.
