Positive section of review
The property was in a great location close to monorail with easy access to the city and local attractions in Sentosa. The pool is good for kids, towels are available daily. Housekeeping did a great job of servicing the room daily.

In terms of value for money we felt the hotel was overpriced. On check in the room allocated was very small and not what was described by n booking.com we had to ask for the manager to change to a ‘normal’ sized room. It’s worth mentioning that there is not wardrobe space in any of the rooms in this hotel (according to staff) which makes it hard to pack stuff away for the week. The staff were okay and not rude however also didn’t feel like they were the same quality as other resorts we have been to for the money paid. For example no smiles on faces, long wait times for service desk just to ask a question or report a key not working which happened a few times to us. There should probably be a check in queue and a service desk queue for existing guests in the hotel to not have to wait in the check in queue. We found no one answered the phone between 12 and 5pm due to how busy the check in desk was. There is one restaurant in the hotel which was just okay, there are other eating options in the area and the hotel offers a discount for guests however when you go to the other places they say u have to sit in only and not available for take away option even though the price is same for take away and dining in. Overall we felt very overpriced compared to other places we have been where we received a better standard for the same money.

The whole staff is super friendly, the decoration very nice and the location great. I loved the touches of greenery in the building , the Bottega restaurant for example where you have breakfast is super pleasant.

Very close to MRT, and food court in Fusionopolis. Clean and decent furniture.

The room was very humid, and the Airconditioning doesn’t have a dry setting. However the main problem is that the ventilation system constantly pumps fresh but warm and humid air into the room. So even when I managed to reduce the humidity to acceptable levels using AC, it would only last a few minutes before it rises again.

If you are leaving from Terminal 4, this is not a great option, as getting to Terminal 4 requires a long walk or a skytrain ride, and after that a shuttle bus ride. It will take 30 minutes to get to Terminal 4.
