Minor dislikes:: Bathroom/toilet no lock on doors and no area to hang clothing or towel as such. Felt food could have been better. Feel this was more suited to young couples more. Major dislike: speedboat from Marina to resort had side door open - they had forgotten to close it before leaving the Marina, hence I hope they review their safety procedures in this. Myself and my daughter and son-in-law got soaked through but more importantly as I was the one sitting closest to the door and having my luggage with me, I could have lost my luggage if I hadn't been holding on to it. The sea was rough which was nobody's fault but safety is important.

Lovely staff and service. Room comfortable and clean. Everyone willing to help, courteous and polite. Overall service from booking on to checking out was smooth and easy

My only suggestion will be to upgrade the mattresses/ pillows and to have places where we can get snacks especially with little kids.

We had a lovely time with our son celebrating our anniversary. The resort is beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Every single detail from the Marina right to the island, the check on/ out process and back was smooth and professionally handled. Special thanks to Mr. T Segar the Feast Restaurant Manager who was tentative to all our needs. His staff were also very helpful. Thanks to Mr. Ong and the staff at Chapman bar as well. We had a beautiful Villa on the hills. Very spacious and had everything we needed as a family. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful too.

Shortcomings, the shower in the room has warm water, no hot water, the faucet is a little outdated，which is difficult to operate, and the hair dryer is broken. Arriving at the resort from marina Marina costs RM80 per person one way and RM320 for two people round trip, which is too expensive and unreasonable.

We stayed in the hill villa, the sea view and the rainforest landscape are very spectacular.

There was trash build up on the beach and in the water which you would think they would have someone cleaning up, it being a 5-star resort.

It was beautiful! Staff were lovely, food was great and the facilities were amazing (spa, pool). Loved Emerald Beach!

The bath in the villa is too large. It took forever to fill, as the water was not running fast and strong. In the end, it did not fill up much. It is both a waste of time, and water, which is a precious commodity.

Lovely spread of breakfast, all were delicious. Love the juice booth where u can use what ingredients you want in your juice. All the food was delicious, and the staff were warm, friendly and excellent.

The beach is beautiful but the problem was that we could not swim in it since there were jelly fish. I also hoped there would be some activities organized by the hotel for the kids and family since there is no kids club.

The staff at the hotel were hard working and probably the kindest staff I’ve met from all my hotel stays across Malaysia. Magesh in particular made it a point to accommodate my family’s needs and the hotels head chef made a special pasta dish that was not on the menu for my son when I told him he has a dairy allergy.

Their reservation system must have had an error for more than a week. We tried to extend, repeatedly emailed, called the resort and central reservation line but they kept saying they were sold out. We had to change plans, went to Cameron highlands (don’t) to bridge, we arrived at the hotel and sure enough half the hotel was empty due to low season. We were at least able to extend

A lot of vicious monkeys surround the accommodation, and the safety of tourist should be strengthened to avoid accidental injury.

The room was a bit dusty, you could see the walls were not cleaned, my bathtub had hair inside of it. Also the hilltop room I got didn't come with a warning to be super far and last day the lift didn't work and they only sent one guy to pick up our luggage so we ended carrying some stuff down with the long stairs. Also they don't have any mart with any snacks as well. Lastly it was a shock to me after I booked the room only I got a msg from the hotel that there's a charge of 80rm per way in total 360rm for a 15min boat ride for both of us. For me it's a bit insanely expensive cuz you also share the boat with other ppl as well.

great facilities - no TV in our sea Villa but made me appreciate life without it! staff are amazing and make the place even more special. would recommend it for a relaxing break. loads of wildlife on the island that make it even more magical.

the boat transfer should be inclusive with the hotel charges ie Pangkor Laut should absorb the cost
