“This resort and our room was beautiful, and service was absolutely outstanding! We visited for 3 nights for my husband's 30th birthday. The staff went above and beyond when I requested a few balloons at dinner at the fine dining Chinese restaurant Hai Yan, and gave us a dish on the house. The breakfast every morning at the Langkawi kitchen was fantastic, with a great variety and good vegan options too. We also had great massages at the spa. We loved the adults only infinity pool - spent most of our time there. Would 100% recommend the Ritz-Carlton.”
“Whilst the room is very comfortable and well kept, and this is a nice secluded area of Langkawi, it is really Patty the host that makes this place so good! From start to finish she was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Patty made sure I had a lovely breakfast every morning and knew all of the best spots in Langkawi. Always on WhatsApp as well in case I needed anything whilst I was out and let me leave a bag whilst I went to Koh Lipe for a few days. Car available to rent and its very clean and comfortable.
