On Booking, the appartment in its pictures includes a photo with red bet that is not in the appartment (I assume it is in an appartment next doors that came into being through division of formerly bigger appartment). Based on that, we thought there were two rooms in the appartment

The appartment had high ceilings and was soacious, it can sleep up to seven people. Kitchen is super basic. It is not filled with light but it is reasonably silent.

The location is perfect - very central and close to everything you need. The hos was absolutely brilliant, we had to change our time arrivals 3 times and he was very pationate and supportive. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness of the apartment varies a lot. Even though we were promised bed linen change after 3 days, one bed was not cleaned for 6 days. Also, shower has surges of extra cold water which is unpleasant, even during the Summer. However, overall the accommodation was acceptable.

The owner was really nice and available to reach at all times. The location is in the city centre, around 10 min from the main bus and train station which is exceptional!

The kitchen was very small with very basic utensils, no kettle, no bowels for cereal for the kids, no microwave, the table was stuck in a corner and not really usable. The shower and toilet are in one really small room, which makes the use and moving around very difficult. The shower is very basic, with a very small hand-held shower. The beds were not very comfortable. All the beds were in one big room. The garage bags are kept outside the front door behind a curtain, which leaves a bad smell after the second day. It's not a place for a family with kids.

The location was central. However, parking needed to be prearranged, which we were not aware of. Moving luggage to and fro is difficult. The host was very polite.

We stayed fo 6 nights. They only accept cash! (so you can not ask for help from booking if you have problems, and trust me, you'll have... ). On the first day the owner accused us of bad behavior. He told us that the people in the other apartment left because of us and that it caused him "economic damage". He threatened us to call the police next time. The funny thing is that we weren't at home that night and only went home to sleep. There is a CCTV in the lobby which proves our innocence. He never apologized. On the other hand we didn't have warm water for 2 days. We were told that they will take out the rubbish and wash the towels every 2-3 days. Nobody came during the 7 days. The only time they actually took the rubbish was when we took it to the lobby. This was my 4th time in Salerno and the Amalfi coast. Worst experience so far. If you want a carefree stay, go and find an other apartment.

Horrified at mattress stains!!! Most uncomfortable beds, with stained comforter. Mould in the apartment, causing a pungent odour that lingered throughout our stay. The water to shower was lukewarm and ran cold during a shower. Shower drain was blocked causing flooding. Shower head unadjustable and placed far down on the wall, making showering and washing hair a nightmare. No hot water in the kitchen, if you can even call it a kitchen. No kettle, no mocca or coffee machine, there were 3 of us, only 2 glasses! Not equipped for self-catering at all! Door handles broken, tiny tv, balcony door didn't really lock, making it unsafe! No windows at all! Horrible experience to say the least. Don't make the mistake we did. Avoid at all costs!!!

Great location, in main walking street. Sea on few minutes. Very comfortable and big apartment. You have everything you need for holiday. Very near is bus stop from where you go to Amalfi.

Though there was wifi, it didn't work incredibly. We tended to not get wifi inside the bedroom so would walk into the kitchen area. Additionally, we expected the kitchen to have a stove/ a couple of stove tops, but we got a hot plate. Not bad, but we expected the kitchen would have had more.

Our host was very kind and made us a map of the city, recommended parts of the city, and also gave us a general guideline for taking buses in the Amalfi Coast. The location was superb, right in the city center, and was to our surprise, very quiet considering how centralized the location was. All in all, was a great place, especially considering the price and convenience.

We liked EVERYTHING!

The location was great, our host was very accomodating. What I really loved are heavy outside doors! Outside is a nice café that's is loved by pigeons.. :) quite a funny sight!
