The metal furniture on the balconies was veeeery noisy when people moved it. Appears no-one knows how to pick up a chair to move - dragging was the rule. This is a place for those with a car only as the walk to town is quite the trek and the hill is steep.

This place was wonderful. The room was spacious modern and clean with a great view over the town. The pool was exceptional. Finding a staff member on arrival was a bit of a problem but thereafter the staff was great. The hotel is well organised, modern, has ample parking and great outdoor areas with panoramic views.

I could not find anything like that. Everything was in top order.

We enjoyed our stay at Chiesola Residence for very many reasons. First of all, the pride of the facility is the very kind and competent staff. In addition, I was delighted with the delicious breakfasts, the clean room, the beautiful view from the terrace over the town and the sea, the very well-maintained garden around the residence, the clean pool with good equipment, the beach service included in the price, the spacious parking and the great location.

The shower was small & bed was hard but is this the European style?

Everything was really fine

Beatifull view from the residence swimming pool and balcony. Very good breakfast with local food and specialities, we really enjoyed homemade pizza (made by Matilde). Open and attentive service staff to needs of guests. All service staff was friendly and very helpful.

The residence met all our expectations. Located on a hill outside the city of Vieste, it provided a spectacular view of the city and the sea. Giovanni, who met us at the reception desk to give us the key was, in all respects, welcoming, friendly and very helpful - giving us suggestions regarding restaurants in the area as well as helping us with our heavy luggage. Our apartment was quiet and spacious - it had a large, well furnished kitchen, and a wonderful view of the sea. A score of 10 is well deserved.

The place is a beautiful garden estate amidst olive orchards that sits on top of a hill, offering an amazing view of Vieste! Breakfast was excellent, and a huge plus is the free parking pass for access to the town, and access to La Bussola beach inclusive of an umbrella and beach beds.

The pool complex can be highly recommended, great way to spend time. Staff very helpful and welcoming, good safe free parking and easy drive into town. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, rest of apartment is comfortable.

Beautiful view from the hotel towards the city. Very nice pool area with good wifi connection. The host ordered sunbeds on the beach with umbrella for the days of the stay with wifi on the beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy room, secluded location, large car park at the hotel.

The place is beautiful with splendid view on Vieste and the sea. The résidence is a great place, quiet and peaceful. The hosts are really nice and took care of our comfort during our stay (only 2 nights). The appartement was perfect for us. We took breakfast in the terrace of the bar that was really good. Highly enjoyed our stay there. Thanks for everything.

The walls transfer a lot of noise from the neighbouring flats.

There is really not much negative to say about this place. A little more kitchenware would have been nice, and a little larger kitchen table.

This was one of those nice surprises where the place totally exceed our expectations in every way. The view from the room and from the pool area even better than the pictures would tell. The hospitality from the staff was as good as it gets. Polite, informing and helpful. The overall impression of the place is really good, how they keep everything very tightly clean and up to date. It is not a place with a million fancy facilities, but the once they have and promote are truly there. They also arranged free parking at the city center and two sunbeds at the nearby beach. Having traveled a lot in Italy we have fallen in love with many great places, but there is always this feeling of things not quite being finished and always something which is a bit broken ... Part of the charm. Not this place! they provide the charm without things falling apart.

Very nice place with extraordinery views on the see and Vieste. Great pool. Parking on the nearest beach and the port and one umbrella plus two beds on the beach for the whole stay were incuded in the price of the accomodation.

it was hard to find to on gps, but just ask someone if you get lost all the people are very nice in the area!

beautiful views from room and pool and all around the property. easy to get to town by car and to the beach. we were given parking pass by hosts. the beaches and town of vieste were perfect best of the Italian beaches and old towns. also close by the forest and other castles, beaches, and towns. Wi-Fi works well the room is beautiful with plenty of room and linens and good comfy bed and pillows. the food was delicious (traditional Italian dinner and breakfast for good price). parking right on site. hosts were gracious and welcoming. perfect stay!
