Great service, very friendly staff, perfect food, amazing

We stayed in the not renovated part of the hotel and our room was quite dark with a poor view as it was in front of the outdoor pool and adults only zone. No hand soap and I would expect a little better quality of the shampoo, lotion and body soap. In all the other Italian hotels we stayed at, during the afternoon tea there was always sth savour e.g. a soup, sandwiches, mini pizza or other savoury snacks. It would be great to add sth like that to the sweet buffet. No luggage service. Super early check out at 10am

Amazing adults only SPA. Great outdoor pool, amazing saunas and Aufgus (thank you Valentina!), spacious relax centre! Really good food - great breakfast selection, sweet and savoury which is quite rare in Italy, good choice of vegetarian dishes, everyone will find sth :) dinners were very good as well, although sometimes the chef tried too hard with twisted cuisine (sometimes it is better to stick to the great traditional Italian food). Amazing salad bar. Big wine selection and the owner can recommend really good wines if you ask. Good location, the ski bus stops in front of the hotel and takes 2min to get to the Marileva 900 ski lift

Only one sofa in living space - not everyone could sit there. Sauna apparently did not work. Otherwise, flawless.

We stated in a self-contained "lodge" with two bedrooms, living space and a kitchenette. It was very clean and modern. Furry slippers, robes, flipflops all in the rooms. Blankets too. A fake real fire in the living groom. Then a patio with a whirlpool and a sauna.

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion, is food. Don’t get me wrong, both breakfast and dinner were good, but for the money we paid and for the standard of the hotel I would have expected exceptional food.

I loved everything about the hotel, the room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet! A dream! I also had my kitty travelling with us, and she was welcomed as well! The wellness area is amazing, The outdoor pool is heaven 🙌🏻

I didn't like that I couldn't stay forever 😔.

I absolutely loved my lodge/apartment! It was much bigger than I expected, and it smelled amazing!! I especially loved how clean everything was (I mean, absolutely everything, even the coffee machine was sparkling). There were heated floors in the main bedroom, so cozy and warm ❤️. Automatic shutters in two of the rooms, and a private sauna and Jacuzzi 😍Did I mention the entire place smelled fantastic?? Would absolutely stay here again, with friends. Loved my stay 😁

Overall, it doesn’t worth its price. Perhaps they charge a lot due to new spa, but overall experience is average. Staff is untrained and unprofessional. Receptions just said hi and gave a key ( no explanation where to find spa, breakfast hours, dinner hours, etc), so we had to pull every works out of them. Once we asked for the best location around for hiking and receptionist got so annoyed. Staff at dinner was untrained as well, took ages to take an order. Food is average, we had HB and meals for dinner were warm. Our room had a window on the “between the buildings” area, so all we saw was neighbors terrace and walls , which I guess can happen to you, but still adds to overall experience

New SPA area is beautiful and clean. Outside pool is very nice
