Paid for double room with two beds. Was given a single in the very back. (This was extremely rude.) There was a large glass table top just propped up against the wall. No table. No chairs to sit in. No remote for the television. No phone to call out while my cell was charging. Room had recently been sprayed for bugs. I'm Asthmatic, so I had difficulty breathing properly. After grabbing food and coming in the door, there was a roach that ran across my pillow. I brought it up to the young man working that I'd like to be moved. He told me no, they were full, and to check back at 1PM the next day. Lights didn't work correctly. Sink faucet was broken and sprayed every direction in a violent manner. I'm not someone to make a big deal about things, but because this was just so unprofessional and I'm still dealing with it. I have to go back and forth with the corporate people to get the one day I didn't stay there at all, refunded.

I've stayed here prior to this horrendous experience. I usually just check-in, get my room, and check out a few days later. None of that happened this time.

Electrical plate covers were missing; there was mildew, there were bugs; the bathroom floor had sitting water; the linens were ripped and stained; there was no hot water; everything was disgusting. I can't think of one redeeming quality - free parking? It would've been more comfortable to sleep in the car.

I don't like these people out of jail and I wish the very worst for them this place has more cockroaches than any place in the state and I compete anybody to say any different.

I like that booking.com and Oyo motel play the pointing game of stealing my 261 and it's been 3 months since they still want to get each other's policies opinions. Booking.com and Oyo has no customer service they have no respect for the people and I would highly recommend you burn your luggage and your vehicle after you stayed in this place for one night they're all thieves.

it’s filthy, blood was all over the walls and roaches plus bed bugs were all over the walls smashed bed bugs and live roaches walking all over and it was sposed to be a handicapped accessible room but it was not! also when I arrived I asked if I could switch or at least have someone clean room or if I could have some disinfectant and some rags at least and the owner said no only I will clean the rooms and he never came, the wifi does not work

The bed is broke, door air through need fix it, AC no good dirty inside, no good light lamp, wall damaged, sink dirty and turn on water too strong leak, and bar soap is super cheap. Stuck wall with gum. Chair is little bit loose. That's hotel place should shut the down.

Hi- I pulled into this hotel and was shocked. I have no problem staying at a 'budget hotel'. I have never written to a company. The photos on this website were shockingly inaccurate. There was a mostly naked woman passed out or sleeping in front of her door. I would not have stayed there for free; I am with my son visiting colleges. This place needs to be shut down completely disgusting, bedding was terrible we walked in the room told my son to walk right out and not touch nothing there was caution tape everywhere rooms that were broken into and pad locked, a ideal place for junkies and and squatters… don’t be fooled by the pictures of the room because that’s not even close to how they look… 10/10 don’t even look to book here

There were bugs in my room I had to go purchase bug spray to prevent them from getting into our things. We were in a non smoking room due to having my kids with me and the people next to us with a door leading to our room were smoking.

This place was in terrible shape. First, there was no sign on the road. It was a former Rodeway and the sign still had this on half of it. The vending machines were out of order. The ice machines were broken. The walls had been painted and the sidewalks were half painted. Very sloppy job. There were no wash clothes in my room so I went down to ask for some. They were worn and dingy. Looked like they used them to clean up! The bath towels were like sandpaper. The internet did not work in my room. There are no phones in the rooms, so I went down to the front desk and asked about the internet. They had internet so they did not see why I did not. Later they came to my room and asked it I had gotten connected and I said No. The swimming pool had not been opened for a while and had the cover on, with things growing on top of the cover. The bed was not a queen size bed and did not line up with the headboard mounted on the wall. The water pressure in the sink was bad. There was no over head light in the bed. This was not worth the money I paid to stay here!!
