The double room is comfortable for one person; for two people is pretty restricted in size.

Beautiful small hotel in a convenient lively area. The staff was wonderful and really helpful. The backyard has an amazing little garden, an ideal place to enjoy an italian aperitivo. Very quiet and cozy.

My room was big, bathroom very small, decoration is old and traditionnal, very charming, with a small balcony where you can sit. matress could be upgraded, patio is a bit noisy, but charming. Great for tourism, a bit less for business but still very good value for money and excellent location.

Hotel Sanpi is very well located, south of Estacion Centrale and very close to Porta Venezia, in a quiet neighborhood with decent restaurants and bars. Very close to trams and metro stations, walkable distance to the center, close to a beautiful park. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Be patient with the elevator. There are limited seating options in wet weather.

The fitness area wasn't great. Would definitely used it if it were more spacious with more equipment.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and courtyard were great, spent a lot of time hanging out there using the great Wifi provided by the hotel. The location was great close to the metro and when I didn't use the metro I walked

The air conditioning didn't work. Ultimately the hotel manager resolved this to our satisfaction.

Staff was very helpful and gave us good advice for a restaurant nearby. Nice breakfast, lady in charge very helpful as well. Comfortable room with a good bathroom.

Just a very silly thing...the TV turned on by itself every time we walked into the room and would take ages to turn off.

Nice Hotel 5 minutes away from a metro station. Very convenient to visit the city. Breakfast is really good. Employees are very helpful. Rooms are large and clean. I recommend highly this hotel Parking is located 3minutes away of the hotel

Nothing really. I wasn't there long enough and left too early for breakfast the next morning so there is nothing else to talk about really.

The staff allowed me to check in early. I had flown in from Australia early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 9am. I had a ticket to Teatro alla Scala for a 2:30pm performance and I had previously asked if I could check in ealrier than the usual 2pm time so that I could iron my clothese\ and get to the Opera with plenty of time. They accommodated me, provided me with an iron and ironing board, which they delivered to my room and I appreciate it immensely.

Area around hotel was a bit uncomfortable for two women. Staff were bit aloof to start but warmed up at the end. Wasn't as close to the railway station as I thought it would be, too far to walk with luggage.

Breakfast was good. Room nice size but street facing. Not the room I was expecting.

The room was a bit stuffy and with the windows open it was too noisy.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very clean, there’s a beautiful garden and the staff were exceptional. The quirky art features add to the atmosphere. And a very good breakfast.
