Both pools were very cold but I suspect warm in the high summer months,the weather was not good whilst we were there.

An excellent hotel in central Sorrento,the decorations were stylish and comfortable,the garden was so beautiful,lovely place to have a drink under lemon and orange trees.Every single member of staff went out of their way to make you welcome.

One of my friend’s room 118 had a problem with drainage in the bath, it was backing up and she was getting dirty grainy water coming up the bath plug hole and could not shower.

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to the Main Street and square. The breakfast was plentiful with attentive staff.

This is a terrific hotel. Extremely clean, beautiful tile throughout. Very helpful staff, on-site restaurants have excellent food. We had terrace facing the bay of sorrento which was also excellent. Would definitely stay there again on next visit. Convenient walk 5-7 mins to city center. Large lift for luggage and spacious rooms ...

Our room was by the housekeeping office- not ideal and noisy early AM. No windows. I knew this room did not have ocean view and contacted hotel twice and each time I was told it was a very nice room. Not having windows was uncomfortable. The small balcony doors were away from bed.

Not really that we didn't like it, but we just thought the staff, particularly the wait staff in the breakfast room and some of the bar staff, could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. They were quite serious and professional

The facilities of the Hotel were fantastic and extremely clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing. It was quite expensive but in comparison to other Hotels in the area it was probably on parr. The staff were helpful but we didn't find them overly friendly. They were quite serious in their demeanor. A smile at breakfast would have been nice.

We could have possibly done with air conditioning in the room, as it was particularly hot the weekend we stayed there.

Beautiful hotel and decor. Lovely staff! A special thanks to Erica on Reception, who made our anniversary stay extra special! Breakfast was perfect with a window table each morning. There was a great choice of breakfast items at the buffet.

One of the nicest hotels we stayed in Italy during our 4 week holiday. 2 nights could have easily been 5 or 7 due to the stunning location of Sorrento and the comfort of this hotel. Buffet Breakfst was good, rooms were huge compared to other places we stayed. Highy recommend visiting Pompeii and Capri while down here.

Nothing to complain about, can't point a bad thing about the hotel, it fits perfectly in the price point and star rating, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

The staff was great, the hotel is well located, but in quiet zone. The room was very spacious, and with a lovely balcony. The restaurant is good, although a little bit on the expensive side, especially at dinner. Had one of the best carbonara of the whole trip. I'd say overall it was one of the best price/quality hotels of the whole trip, and recommended without a doubt.

They shouldn’t advertise temperature controlled pool- it isn’t. I went in April and it wasn’t heated. Maybe it us “temperature controlled “ in the summer.

Breakfast was delicious. Entire staff could not be more kind, efficient, and always helpful. They want to please the customers always, and will do their best to take care if you. Everything was clean and beautiful. Loved the gardens and room.

We didn't find fault. Loved it all. This was better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in.

Greeting on arrival by reception staff was excellent. The hotel porter showed us to the room carrying our bags and then our car was parked securely for us. The hotel from the reception to the room and all areas were very bright a immaculately clean. We booked a standard room which looked over the rear gardens of the hotel, all very clean and tidy. Breakfast was served in the main dining room. There was a great selection, from fresh fruit, cereals, cheese cold meats, cooked breakfast items, and eggs cooked to order in front of you. The pastry and cake selection was also very good. Bar staff were attentive, and knowledgeable. Walking to the main area of Sorrento was easy, and the area was safe. If I was to return to Sorrento for another stay, I would defiantly return to this hotel, but maybe book a room with a better view.
