The weather was cold for the season, and there was no heating in our room.

Location. That's a great view. Clean and nice room. Excellent breakfast. Super coffee. Amazing wine, lovely restaurant next door to the hotel.

Love everything about this place! The staff, the beautiful location, the breakfast, the room was kinda old but super clean with a good bed. More then enough parking, the winery. Would love to come back next year!

Only slight improvement about the room and sleeping comfort with regards to being informed about fighting mosquitoes, and air conditioning of the room with split units if feasible. I would have liked to pay more and have a walk in the wine yards to make the tour even better (Antonio is a fantastic guide full of knowledge) which I thought what would happen but next time/visit:)

The staff is very hospitable, they checked me in ad soon as I arrived (13h, earlier than official time), the amazing view, helpful recommendations for restaurants and itinerary, and the pool are definitely plus sides.

To be honest I was looking forward to this one the most out of nearly all on the the trip but I was least impressed as the photos and videos look better than it does in real life. The rooms are small and were not very clean, the floors were very dusty and there were squashed bugs on the walls. The mosquitoes were the worst in Italy which made it hard to enjoy the view and wine. The property seemed a bit unkept. They don’t have a restaurant or food at the hotel. We went to one near by but we definitely didn’t want to go there the second night. No towels available to use the pool. Apologies, just trying to be honest.

The view is magnificent! The wine was delicious from the cellar! Welcome drink is a very nice touch!

Perfect as is - no suggestions!

We had a wonderful stay at this spot! Our room was actually a lovely and private suite with our own entrance, sitting area, large comfortable bedroom and excellent bathroom facilities! The breakfasts on the terrace were delicious (love those cappuccinos!) and we met many other interesting travellers, who enjoyed this Tuscany vineyard farm as much as we did. We had very delicious dinners 2 evenings at the on-site open air view restaurant, not just because it was 50 feet from our accommodations but because of the fine staff and food.The nighttime view of Pancone, San Gimignano and a large part of the Tuscany region was spectacular! This spot was also very close to main highways to Florence, Rome, and other places such as Sienna. But what really made things special were the staff -special mention to MariaLuisa and her family, as well as staff Elena(?) and Antonio who accommodated us so well on an interesting (and non-English speaking) vineyard and wine cellar tour! We even had a refreshing swim in the pool during our stay in mid October!

Nothing to dislike

What an amazing location and the staff were so so welcoming. I say staff but this is essentially a small family run vineyard which has diversified to accommodate guests and this is the difference. They are all so passionate about the wine they make and are keen to share that passion with their guests. The tasting is a must, very reasonably priced especially with resident discount. Fabulous wines! Pool to relax by, breathtaking view and a lovely buffet breakfast.

Incredible location, right between San Giminiano and Certaldo with lots of restaurants. The Cesani Family is extremely welcoming and helpful and the organic wines are delicious.
