No in room safe; had to store the valuables through the front desk. No free parking space.

Location was good. Close to pearl street mall (5 min by car). Just less than a minute by car from the basic shopping stores (Target, Rei, barnes & nobles etc). Close to the highway that gets you on your way to denver, eldorado state park and flatirons.

Breakfast is fairly basic could be improved. Adding a pancake machine would be nice. Better bread options as well.

Everything about the breakfast and its area. Every light above the tables was flickering as if the neon tubes were broken. Unbelievably annoying. First day I thought it was an accident but it never improved, bad management! Breakfast itself was VERY boring, the same every day, low quality and not comparable to breakfasts you get at a hotel in that price range in Europe. Very disappointing. It feel like a vacation hotel but a work trip work horse. - Also we were told that parking was $25 a night, which wasn’t true. Going to their website it said that 1-3 nights are $20, and anything beyond that was $10 a night. Staying for 6 nights that made a big difference. When I approached the front desk with this detail the guy behind the counter seemed surprised!!! How could that be?

Breakfast wasn’t very good. There wasn’t any meat on the breakfast bar. It was located in a good location but the view was blocked by new construction across the street.

Our only complaint was that although we requested room cleaning one day, it wasn't done.

Sink faucet was loose. The parking situation should be included in the price of the room, the parking ramp is a ways from the hotel behind a commons living building which was a little uncomfortable feeling walking past people's apartments to get there. And the cost of the ramp is an additional $25 per day.

Everything but the damn bed, which is very important to me.

This was an excellent hotel. Fantastic staff, super clean, easy location next to Whole Foods, then comes the But. The bed was like sleeping on a futon. I woke up at least a dozen times. At 6 am, I was untested, sore, and in a bad mode.

Sadly the Jacuzzi didn't work while we were there. But the staff did try and fix it. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location with great staff. The room was a great size with a nice lounging area. Beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic in Boulder.
