The breakfast was not up to much. Pastries were overcooked, the coffee was underwhelming, there wasn't really a cooked option.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room cleanliness and facilities were exactly what I expected.

Second time staying at the hotel, chose a standard room with no window, which makes no difference as they have aircon if you get hot. Bit pricy as I think something was happening in Shoreditch. But room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot after a long day at work! Would definitely stay here again as it is close to the office as well.

Great location, very near to my work place. Queen Room was a decent size for London, and for 1 person. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot just want I needed after a long day at work. I have stayed here again and definitely would recommend staying here if you are visiting Shoreditch. This room had a window, but second time I stayed I opted for no window, and it didn't make a difference, as long as the aircon was working because I get too hot. Staff we friendly too and helpful.

The room was very small! The width of the room was the double bed which meant I could not walk around the bed and felt very cramped. Considering I was staying for 1 week and I booked months in advance it would of been nice to have been given a slightly larger room. As the room was small the bathroom was also very small

The room is ridiculously small. The sink in the bathroom is tiny, you also almost hit your head on the panel on the right when brushing your teeth. Although, I booked a room with a window, in fact it was more like tinted narrow glass that couldn’t be opened.

Again - very tight quarters for the price. More of a one person room. Was hard to maneuver with two people at times.

The location was really great. Super close to a bus stop and a metro station right by it to quickly get you anywhere you want to go in London. Really great coffee shop beside metro station as well. It was fairly modern and clean. Very very small for the price.

At first upon my arrival I was a little scared because they told me that there were problems with the payment of the reservation, but the girl tried to pass the payment again and everything was resolved. It would have been an unbelievable disaster if that didn't work. The cleanliness was amazing, everything always very clean. Great attention and an Asian guy helped me a lot with my transfer to the airport. Wi-Fi service never failed.

Very small room. No privacy with bathroom/shower with blurred glass in small room! No view or window - it was ‘screened’.

Close to public transport, bars and restaurants. Clean. Amazingly quiet considering super busy road nearby. Good value for money considering busy Friday/weekend in London. Shower was decent. WiFi ok. Secure and private. Modern.

It’s in a slightly rough area but we never felt unsafe. Walk 10 minutes to lovely pubs and restaurants

Great price and room has everything you need. Very close to old street tube station which has direct line to Euston Staff are friendly. We only use hotels as a hub to sleep so good value for a decent hotel. Have a mooch round the local area, loads of good places to eat with 10 minutes walk

Is very small. Toilet in the same room just across the window, so it’s not a lot of privacy. Also, we asked to have a room without the wall at the end of the bed, because a tall person was sleeping in and we didn’t get it.

Great location close to lots of bus stops and Old street tube station. Very clean and staff most helpful 24 hours. Reception area very good for relaxing in. Greggs nearby for small breakfast or full breakfast in hotel. Most comfy bed we've slept in.

Bathroom not fully cleaned ,mirror splatters and some debis in room,but it was a last minute booking. Room a little tight as one side of comfortable bed against wall. Light and ventilation options could be more flexible
