Couldn’t make my aircon work otherwise fine.

Polite staff, easy check in. Room was small but had everything you need including nice toiletries - perfect for a one night work stay. In room charger was very handy as I’d forgotten mine.

- hotel needs a revamp, the room looked quite worn out, furniture had many stains and discolorations, the bathroom facilities looked especially old - while the main area of the room was spacious, the bathroom was on the small side - breakfast selection was limited, some items would end very quickly and would not be restocked

- spacious room, lots of storage space - good location, tube station nearby, plenty of activities in the walking distance (incl. several big museum) - good price given the location and how big the room was - the room had an electric kettle and a fridge

first hotel breakfast EVER where there was no orange juice Inconsistent excuses: “we change juices every day or so” (at restaurant) and “supplier arrived late today” (at reception) This inconsistency is even worse. Please fix this!

Mini fridge didn’t seem that cold.

Room was well last out, very clean and had a large window looking onto main road - the window was double glazed so noise did not affect us. Tea and coffee facilities along with toiletries provided. Mini bar available.

Probably smallest room I've seen in a hotel English breakfast is awful, but this is general comment, not only about this hotel.

Our "superior" room (room 103) was a split-level layout. This was OK, but it had a very steep staircase for accessing the bed area. If (like me) you have a dodgy knee, then don't go for room 103....... Only other minor comment was that there was no milk provided on the tea & coffee stand.

Nice place in a good area. Only stayed one night and didn't eat, so cannot comment on the food, but the hotel seemed nice enough.

Our room was in the basement. We were a little taken aback when we found out where the room was. There were windows but they were below street level so not much light and we could only open the shades a few inches. Now that I know that room exists I would probably ask for a different room the next time I went. We were only there 2 nights and not spending much time in the room so it wasn’t an issue. Plus the size and other positives outweighed this one negative.

Wonderful location! Very large room. Lots of storage space for clothes. Our room had a fridge, a bottle of water, robes and complimentary cookies. Comfortable bed and linens. All of these things made it a lovely experience.

Bed was a little soft for our liking so were a bit restless, but only a minor niggle.

Location was perfect, in a lovely part of London. Quick access to the tube station and some shops. Staff really friendly. Room was the most spacious we've actually ever booked in London, and for the price per night we were really happy with everything.

The hvac might have little noise at night. It is acceptable. I have a habit of putting earplugs on even when I am at home. So, not a big problem for me.

The location is excellent. The staffs are professional. My request for a quite room has been taken care of. The interior of the hotel is decorated with taste. The breakfast in the restaurant provides essential selections which did a amazing job. I can tell it is carefully maintained.

A bathroom mat / floor towel would have been nice to have cause it can get a little slippery coming out from the shower. The room could use a little update like modern charging socket. We had the ground floor room next to the public toilet but it was no biggie.

The room was a good size. TV channels were alright. There's a large window looking out to the backyard where you can have your breakfast. I like that there's a sofa but nicer if it fits two people. Toiletries were adequate. There's a heater in the room too. A good 5-min walk to and from Earl's Court underground train station.

Large bed had two mattresses, and it was slightly inconvenient to find yourself in the gap between them…..

Excellent location, a very large bedroom (unlike in many other hotels nearby), a lovely little balcony and the whole hotel was very quiet. Staff friendly and attentive.
