We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicOne long pillow, that is just insane. Two people equals two pillows. There was not even a spare one in the closet. Some noise as if from broken machine outside during the night. Other guests don't respect the quiet hours.
The apartment was fine, big enough for one night. It was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. We chose it because of our early flight as being close to the airport. However we had a chance to walk to the beach which was awesome, supermarkets and restaurants are also in walking distance.

United KingdomWi fi in room no good.hopeless.nearly always the same. no connection.They gave me new username and password but still no good.worked occasionally then not at all. often on trips it only works down by reception.depressing.i gave up.posted my fotos when I got back home.going again soon but not expecting much wi fi.i have 2 phones.same on both.shame as I like to write/ do writing.f book etc.if anything important id go down by reception.meanwhile spain trip prices and air fares and many things just not the same .Malaga crammed.trains crammed.in April.so crammed not friendly anymore..it's now all about the money.but i love spain,spanish music.. everything spanish....Will be there again soon...different Spain though post pandemic I think..

Location was a little off the beaten path, but nice and quiet. If you don't have a car, you are at the mercy of the hotel and their nice little restaurant. The staff was amazing.

United KingdomBecause our flights back home were @6 AM it was important for us to have airport shuttle bus included in payment for hotel.Unfortunately shuttle service was available just from 5 AM,wich of course was too late and we have been forced to take taxi.A little bit misleading information.
Taxis were available 24/7,not far from airport.Relatively close to train station.

United KingdomThe hotel was well set up for catching flights and even had a board in reception showing the current status of flights. The staff were unfailingly polite and friendly, even in the middle of the night when they called a taxi for us (reception is manned 24 hours a day.) What surprised us was how pleasant a spot it was to pass the time - a boutique hotel with a swimming pool, restaurant and bar.

United Kingdom1 The water in the shower ran cold for my entire stay. 2 The Wi-Fi never worked in my room AT ALL on any devices - and only intermittently from reception area with much assistance from front office. Online connectivity is an essential nowadays for onward travel plans - especially when advertised as being available. The lack of it wasted all my time and completely messed up my first day in Spain. 3 The “Shuttle” service was more trouble than it’s worth with so many restrictions and exceptions - applied with rigour. Note necessity to call on arrival with ensuing connectivity issues. Note also that the shuttle does not run after midnight, by which time the trains and other alternatives are no longer available. Taxis are at a premium at that time from Malaga Airport - charging top dollar - so beware of false economies on that one. Nonetheless it was pleasant enough to ask to stay another night - only to be told the price had “surged” to over double from the night before…
Was surprised how lovely it was for the price. Photos did not do it justice, in my experience. Staff were very kind, it’s very near the airport, and the warm pool was a great bonus

Having missed our flight from Malaga due to security problems we needed two rooms close to the airport to fly back the next day. We chose Hotel Zen as it was less than 10 minutes from the airport, the rooms were adequate with a good shower and the price was very reasonable. Even though we arrived at 10.30pm we were able to order pizza's which were very good and they have a 24 hour bar, the and the staff were very friendly, the added bonus was a free shuttle service to the airport. If you are looking for a value for money basic hotel close to the airport Hotel Zen is a good choice.

CanadaWorst thing is that wifi is not working at all. They gave us another code but nothing worked even the picture on the tv was lousy because internet is not strong enough. I would not come back to this hotel for these reasons
