Obviously the room was quite simple and small but fit for purpose. Bed could have been a bit longer.

Bed was a little soft for our liking so were a bit restless, but only a minor niggle.

Location was perfect, in a lovely part of London. Quick access to the tube station and some shops. Staff really friendly. Room was the most spacious we've actually ever booked in London, and for the price per night we were really happy with everything.

The hvac might have little noise at night. It is acceptable. I have a habit of putting earplugs on even when I am at home. So, not a big problem for me.

The location is excellent. The staffs are professional. My request for a quite room has been taken care of. The interior of the hotel is decorated with taste. The breakfast in the restaurant provides essential selections which did a amazing job. I can tell it is carefully maintained.

A bathroom mat / floor towel would have been nice to have cause it can get a little slippery coming out from the shower. The room could use a little update like modern charging socket. We had the ground floor room next to the public toilet but it was no biggie.

The room was a good size. TV channels were alright. There's a large window looking out to the backyard where you can have your breakfast. I like that there's a sofa but nicer if it fits two people. Toiletries were adequate. There's a heater in the room too. A good 5-min walk to and from Earl's Court underground train station.

Excellent location, a very large bedroom (unlike in many other hotels nearby), a lovely little balcony and the whole hotel was very quiet. Staff friendly and attentive.

I wish the pillows had not been Duck feathers, and it would be nice to have had some non-dairy milk sachets.

The people on Reception were very warm, and welcoming. The room was bright, clean, and had a wonderful view!

Some aspects of the room seemed a bit dated and could do with modernising, the shower for example. The tap water in the bathroom didn't taste good so had to ask for more bottled water frequently

I stayed in a single superior room for one night. It had a great view. The room was much nicer than I expected and the bathroom was decent. It had all the amenities needed, kettle, hairdryer, robe etc. The staff were friendly and willing to bring up extra water etc on request. Would stay again

The room was next to a fire door leading to staircases and every time someone opened it, it would create a gust of wind that caused our room door to make a noise which was annoying. I also found road noises coming through the window to be a bit too much. A pair of one time slippers would have been nice to have.

The Hotel is well located and a 5 minute walk from the underground station. Reception is 24 hours and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room itself was spacious and had everything one could need. A nice variety and good quality toiletries were provided. The pillows were nice and soft and the room temperature was about right.

Sadly as we were in the basement there was no view. The mattress was very firm, a bit too hard for us.

Our bed was very uncomfortable it was hard on the edges as a platform bed. Mattress not thick enough. Was a shame because we really liked the room. We didn’t get a chance to bring to hotels notice as it was very late when we got back. I would still book there again, it’s a shame King size are not standard

Great location for us and the Albert Hall, warm welcome from staff. Comfy,decorated nicely. Breakfast was great,fresh good choice. Nice lady serving. Our room as quiet faced the garden had everything we needed, tea,coffee,towels,toiletries. Great value for money.

Although the size of the room was a bit of a limitation, the bathroom was fairly well proportioned, but the shower was a bit of a squeeze.

Very high-quality comfort at a great location near Kensington, Knightsbridge, and Earl's Court. Room was well-furnished for the size, and staff were helpful.
