Small point but I did not realise that the basics like salt wouldn’t not be provided. Add something to the website so that customers know to bring it.

I only have one suggestion and that is that some frosting on the lower glass of the sash windows would be great as then you could raise the blinds halfway and still have privacy and some natural light. The stick on cut to size stuff os very effective and aesthetically pleasing. Other than this everything was great!

I loved that we could park our car safely right outside the apartment. I loved that everything appeared new and very clean. We didn't get around to trying the newly opened Lion Gate Cafe opposite but they will give 10% off. We will try next time!

Could do with a coat hook and a mirror in the main room but otherwise great!

Brilliant location right next to Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park. Very convenient for travelling into London, which was why we chose it. Lovely and clean and car parked safely. Great place, would stay again.

Hooks for coats near the door would be helpful. Also hooks on back of bathroom door for hanging clothes or towels. Maybe a shelf in bathroom too. We were in the studio, Anne Boleyn, one night boiler made a terrible noise, like a kettle over boiling but much louder, for 10 minutes or more, which was actually quite scary and drowned out the TV. I had to ring Mark, the manager, which I didn’t like doing at 9pm on a Sunday, but he was able to assure me that it was releasing pressure, not building it as I feared and it did stop. Perhaps it was because we had both showered, one after the other, but was not a nice experience. Mark however was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I would happily stay again if visiting the area in future.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and parking good. Well equipped. Excellent location, Hampton Court, Bushy Park and Thames Riverside Walk in walking distance. Kew Gardens less than 30 mins by car. We had a lovely weekend.

This is a perfectly functional serviced apartment complex. We had everything we needed, the staff was super friendly and the location is amazing. For what we got the price feels like a bargain.

This is a brilliant spot. I stayed for three nights in the studio apartment. Location was perfect for what I needed, bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I cooked 3 meals for myself and ate at the Italian and the hotel/bar next door. I would definitely stay again

The only thing really which would have made our stay better would have been if we had had a bit more space, but we booked what was available during the time we were visiting. Next time we'll book one of the one bedroom apartments instead of the studio. (We did have problems getting the electric induction hob to work, mind you, but managed it in the end!)

Excellent location, couldn't have been better. Very comfortable, well-equipped. Great to have free off-road parking. Very good communication in advance about how to get there, check-in arrangements, etc, and the team on-site were very attentive. Good attention to detail, eg. flowers and plants around the courtyard added to the experience.

Not all the hob rings worked with the pans available yet no instruction book to explain this which meant I had to leave without breakfast my first morning. Also, privacy is an issue - the window into the apartment was where anyone needing to get to the reception area or the laundry room had to walk past - would be good to have some frosting on the lower window for privacy. Poor sound insulation from bathroom of flat above. And why not provide some salt, pepper and oil to go with the otherwise well-equipped kitchen? Lastly, no phone signal!

Well designed studio apartment with just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great quality bed and good sound insulation from the main road outside the mews. Great to have the parking right outside too.

Location was brilliant - it was close to a railway station and numerous pubs and restaurants but was quite and peaceful. It was next door to Hampton Court Palace and had a nice little off-road car park.

There was no sofa in the room when the description said there was. The room was next to reception so you could hear staff in the morning and also made you uncomfortable opening the blinds as staff and other guests could easily see in.

The location for Hampton court was excellent. It was also easy to walk to restaurants. Parking was easy (despite my fears). The room was spotlessly clean.

The flat is modern, well looked after and very clean! We love the location, next to Hampton court and bushy park, a bus away from Kingston and 15 minutes walk to the train station where one can catch trains to Waterloo. The restaurant next door is very good! Love it!!
