You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe hotel is far from "charming" but absolutely OK. Situated in a not very charming area. But OK. (If you do not mind not seeing the alps.) Breakfast is fine, but no local cheese. Nearby "Le Refuge" is an excellent restaurant serving local food (better to reserve a table), not expensive.

This observation I’d due to the fact that before retirement I was a lecturer in the Hospitality industry.

United StatesPrivate parking is available at the hotel, but I do not understand how a traveler with a car can go to the hotel first since the parking garage is located on another street, with the hotel itself being inside the walled city of Avignon. In other words, it is impossible to linger at the hotel with a car even to obtain directions to the parking garage. That is my only complaint; otherwise, the hotel was very good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, and there was a pretty courtyard where guests could eat breakfast or have a drink later in the day.

FinlandHotel itself needs a facelift. Everything is a bit old, and in addition to renovation needs, cleaning could be done a bit more throughout.
Check-in was easy as the staff was helpful throughout the stay. the room was a bit basic, but had everything needed. Same goes for the bathroom, everything needed was there. Breakfast was simple as well, but fed you for the day ahead.

United KingdomThe hotel is a budget hotel, dated (reflected in the price) and out of town. But, it could have been better cleaned, such as the carpets in the lobby and details in the room such as plug sockets and skirting boards. Overall though, I was happy with my stay
The hotel room was a good size, the bed comfortable and generally the room and bathroom clean. The breakfast was a real surprise and was very good, a very good selection and one of the best on my 4 weeks of travel.
