Very helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast Really good with our granddaughters requests Clean and tidy. Staff very good. Gave us towels for swimming. Nice touch.

The host was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was good with lots on offer, Location was ideal with a 10 minute walk to the North pier & 1 minute walk away from the tram line.

Everything was great

The owner was lovely, always approachable and served the best breakfast. Had a great room overlooking the sea. The house was perfect for seeing the lights and well within waking distance to the tower.

Lovely clean and well presented hotel, owners were very friendly. Had a great bar looking out to sea , fab place to sit and unwind and watch the sun set,with your favourite drink . Breakfasts we're extremely nice great way to start the day. Found our place to stay when in Blackpool.

There is nothing I didn’t like

The breakfast was perfect,everything you could want. The location right on the beech with a sea view just as I asked for.The hoist’s are really friendly and kind made us feel really welcome. Will be staying again soon.

Then people who own the place are amazing and make you feel very welcome. The place is very pleasant and cozy. Clean enough for me , the only unpleasant think was that the first night we have no heating and was very cold, but I am sure if I was going to ask the lady she will switch on. Anyway definitely we will be back soon . Thank you very much

Can’t fault a single thing about this hotel

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The owners were really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will be returning

Only drawback and this was completely our fault, although there is ample free street parking around the hotel and surrounding area, we managed to park on a small piece of ground at the side of the hotel managed by a parking company (which we didnt spot) and because we did not confirm with the owner of the hotel where we had parked who would then have provided a free permit ticket, when we got back to the car 2 days later, we had recieved a parking fine. Again, we must stipulate, this could have been completely avoided and was down to ourselves for the mistake in where we had parked and had not relayed this information back to the hotel proprietary.

Probably one of the best places in Blackpool we've stayed in, very friendly staff, lovely clean & comfortable room with great decor and a superb breakfast to top things off. The whole hotel from ground floor to top floor is spotlessly clean with lovely fresh decor throughout. Very highly recommended and would certainly book and stay here again without question.
