It was extremely hot and quite difficult to sleep because of this, though this was not the fault of the hostel, as there was AC we later learned! Again not a dislike but more a disclaimer - was not very social for a dorm hostel if that is what you’re after

The lady on the desk was really lovely and accommodating. Was good to have curtains around the bed, a charging port and a locker in the bed space.

Nothing really.

The capsule is amazing big enough to feel like in your own room. The staff is so helpful. They woke up at 5 am just to facilitate my checking out. Moreover I forgot my guitar there and they were ready to keep it for me until I get it back. Overall, definitely recommend !!

The very sweet lady who runs the place, very nice and adamant to help. The location is also very nice, walking distance from everything. The beds are also very wide with extra room for convenient storage next to them.

There is no common room, so you cannot socialize with people. The bathroom is clean, but it is just behind some walls in the floor.

I liked the bed in the dormroom. It is big and you have much place for your own stuff. It was silent and a curtain gives you good privacy. Good Wifi. Friendly owner. It’s cheap and when you are spending the day just sightseeing outside of the hostel, you get everything you need.

Good location and the owner Pee Peng is so lovely, friendly and helpful! Free drinking water available. Rooms are tiny, but it's enough! You got your own "capsule" thanks to curtains

Because I'm on the top floor, the wifi isn't very good.

The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. She introduced me to delicious local dishes. The dorm room is clean, spacious, has curtains so it is very private.

Trash bin in the bathroom should be emptied several times a day due to bad smell in the heat (not allowed to flush toilet paper)

Perfect location in a quiet area of the old town Kat, the one woman show of the hostel is a real gem, is really helpful and takes care of everything. Scooter rental possible

A social bar close by would be nice. This is located on the quiet side of the old city.

Capsule has curtains and extra space for your bags. Hostel is quiet and the ladies running the hostel are happy and charming. One of the better hostel I have stayed in.

The lady there speaks ZERO English, as in NOTHING..The moment you say anything she pulled out google translate on her phone and gives it to you It took us 15 minutes to check in and we already booked, a few later that night were just walk ins and it was even longer. Just seems odd for a hostel that had pretty much ONLY English speakers to have someone that speakers Zero English. There is a guy there that does but we only saw him 2 times in our time in a total of like 30 minutes. Think he just drops by to check on the girl and leaves.

Great pit stop we waiting to grab the train in 2 days and stayed here. It's in a good location around places to see, its kind of the OTHER SIDE of Chiang Mai tourist areas so this allows you to see the other stuff without the long walk or taxi.

There's no soap in the shower or places to wash hands. They have some disgusting liquid that smells like dead rat which i am sure it's no soap

The bathroom doors close towards the inside so if you are not fit you can't fit inside the bathroom when closing the door with you inside, this is a very silly problem that can be fixed by switching the door hinges

The hostel is in a very quiet street near everything in old city. Bed was okay with your own locker, light and plug in your bed. The staff is very kind.

Staff can’t speak in English, but try there best to be helpful and use translate on phone, so that’s not that big problem.

Very good location, comfortable, possibility to meet lot of fantastic people. For this price for sure it is worth to stay here.

the host Allen seemed to not have a clue about anything. if you’re going to book anything, just go to a tourist information. aircon could stack amount put in rather than having to put money in every 99 mins.

for £2 a night you cannot complain about the standard of anything!

I didn't stay in this place, before I arrived they texted me saying the hostel is in renovation and if I could stay in another city capsule hostel, I said yes and it was a nice place, the beds are private with your own locker, light and plug. Is a good location too near everything and on saturdays there is a night market in front of the hostel.
