Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe thing that ruined this hotel was the bed. Mattress was comfortable enough for a night's sleep, but everything else about it was terrible. Creaky bedframe was enough to make me want to sleep on the floor. Just turning over to sleep on the other side was off-putting. Don't even think about getting a leg over 😅. Also, not sound proof. You can hear every conversation through the hall way as though people are in the same room as you. The bathroom was piss poor for a Hilton. The decore and maintenance was as if it was an old peoples home. Location was jarring, but that's London, I guess. The best way to get around is by foot, bike, or buses as the roads are not so accommodating for a commute.
This is a tricky one because I loved the staff and the food. The gym wasn't too bad. Had enough for me to have a little work out to maintain while away. The room was in decent size, and the TV was accessible with good network coverage overall from my room. If you're sightseeing, I would definitely recommend having a walk or renting a bike for the day.

United KingdomMy wife had become unwell during our stay and had been given a late 1pm checkout, which was really great. I was attending a conference in the hotel, and could be in touch. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff kept knocking on the room door to clean the room, while my wife was trying her best to rest. She told the staff she was leaving at 1pm. This did not stop repeated attempts to access the room, disturbing her repeatedly. The duvet could be thicker for the winter months, we found it a little chilly.
From the moment we arrived ( early) , the staff were accommating. They tried hardto find an early ready room for us. We used the left luggage facility instead as no rooms were ready. There is a very convenient Costa coffee off of the main lobby. The restaurant is easily accessed and comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and to suit every possible taste of all the nationalities staying. With the exception of the housekeeping staff's disturbances, the hotel staff are a genuine major asset to this hotel. Those we met were all lovely. The lady greeter/ host at breakfast radiated happiness, welcome and friendliness. Reception staff were all very nice and extremely helpful to us both during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would definitely return.

United KingdomThere was no main light in the room. Only lamps which I found really odd and a little impractical. There was also no plug sockets beside the bed which was inconvenient. The shower screen was too short, which meant the water would bounce off your body and onto the floor in the toilet - giving a potential slipping hazard.
Lovely big hotel, plenty of rooms. Friendly staff and good location.

Room (232) was nice but lacked a bit of maintenance ie Bathroom door frame catch was falling off and toilet roll holder fell apart when used. The breakfast was excellent and the staff throughout our stay were very helpful

The location, the room, the breakfast, the underground secure car parking, and the staff, mainly Mr. Yaseen at reception. He made my stay at the Hilton a stay to remember. Because of his professionalism and treatment I will definitely be returning, but next time I will bring my wife and two daughters.
