Carpark just below the hotel. A bit old and not very clean but for that price I would say it's acceptable. Very big bathroom. Perfect for a short stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the excellent breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The availability of a sauna added a relaxing touch to the overall experience, and the convenience of easy parking made my trip hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for a delightful and comfortable stay.

The first night we had an issue with our shower, the whole hostel didn’t have hot water… Bit the staff was very nice and gave us a refund. The window was not closing so it was a bit cold inside too.

The location is perfect, nearby the city center with an amazing view. The staff was very nice with us and the room pretty confortable.

Expected double bed would be one bed instead it was 2 beds in wheels put together. So had to figure out a way to secure beds to avoid waking up on the floor between the beds

Breakfast was fine but not great, and the location means it's at least a 20 minute walk to the town centre.

The room was modern, well appointed, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We stayed here primarily for access to the free shuttle to Stubai Glacier which was good but took a long time - it may be better to take public transport from the city centre.

Using the parking lot costs an additional 15 Euros per night. This was not mentioned during the booking process. Upon arrival on Christmas evening we were greeted in a rather unfriendly manner by the receptionist. The next day we had contact with another receptionist, who was quite friendly.

The view from the breakfast area is amazing. Coupled with a varied and tasty breakfast, I really enjoyed my mornings at the hotel. The room was good, whilst being rather small. The bathroom was clean.

The beds were not so comfortable, especially the sofa bed in the living room. The pillows were too thin and soft. The carpeted floors are in need of a more thorough cleaning.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. The underground garage is very convenient. We have booked the King suite with kitchenette, which was spacious and nice. The bathroom has floor heating and an excellent walk in shower.

the restaurant on 11 floor is opened only in the morning.

The hotel is easy reachable from flixbus (10 mins walking). Not complicated to reach the centrum of the city (quite nice trip around 20 mins). I really liked the slanted windows (the room expands up to the ceiling). Nice mountain view from the window. Very convenient that the wardrobe is organized as a separate room (conveniently, it expands to the ceiling). I enjoyed that breakfast was organized on 11 floor with amazing view around. Unfortunately only breakfast is available there, then it is closed. The dinner is available only in bar near the reception. The hotel has sauna and couple of treadmills on 12 (last) floor. It is free for visitors 24/7, towels are available at the entrance. One note - big rooms (3 persons+) are located at edges of building (see the photo). Our room was one-room (marked on the map by red font). Its location is one window north and one window east. The big road and stadium is on south. The others three rooms on edges the building are 2 rooms.

We had a problem with the key (card) to our room that wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed while we were there.

About 15/20 min walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke very well English. Room was clean and comfortable.

Sauna was open only from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. You need to have a car to go to the city center, or walk 45 minutes. The reception was not very helpful

We have booked 2 rooms and my top 3 reasons. 1. Requested to clean our rooms and had board hanged outside. But still NO cleaning was done. And when requested reception, they were asking us to clear the garbage bags and handover to her (since she said that she is not from housekeeping). 2. The duvets were full of fallen hairs and had to call reception to change the duvets. 3. Was promised to give the Hilton honours points being a Gold member, till now its not reflecting on my system. rest all is excellent. Check in and Check out was very slow and seen other people felt the same.

Breakfast was excellent. View at the Terrance is amazing.
