Not being able to eat dinner in restaurant as it was always closed for the 4 nights we were there. Room in need of refresh/redecoration as curtains hanging off rail, stains on carpet and wall, towel rail in bathroom hanging on by two screws. Silverfish scuttling around bathroom floor. Being on first floor the room was very close to pavement, road, cafe, convenience store, lots of noise with people standing under windows talking until early hours. Wouldn't stay here again.

Friendly staff. Location to Brusells Midi Zuid, opposite the Eurostar terminal. Very big room. Hot powerful shower. Comfy clean bed.

A very convenient location for the station and a really good breakfast with lots of choice. We slept very well in the quiet, dark room on a very comfortable mattress. Very efficient service and an easy check in and out. An ideal place to break a rail journey.

The location is just across the road to Brussel Train station, easy connection to other cities, Few eateries around, found the area reasonably safe, the staff was cheerful and courteous, however, found the price on the higher side as compared to other hotels of same category,

I prefer a bath tub, which is not available in this hotel. The bathroom only has a shower.

Location is great if you are taking the Eurostar! Literally right in front of the entrance of hotel. The rooms are very spacious/ large rooms with plenty of space and everything you could need. There is free coffee, kettle, and tea and bottled water. Nice touch! Room was very clean as well.

like most good Bruxelles hotels it is a little over-priced

Its a hotel I know well. I often use it because of its proximity to Bruxelles Midi station. It has good-sized, well equipped bedrooms with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet.

The problem here is not perse about the hotel but about my whole accommodation experience from booking to the end. The biggest problem of mine was that I got treated like a Ryanair customer that I got bombarded with purchase packages messages since I clicked to reserve the accommodation. Every day, almost, I was getting messages buy this do that we have this we have the other. I tried to opt out but without any luck, then I asked them to stop plus some questions I had. No answer, messages were keep coming in the meantime. Two days before the booking dates, they texted me that I MUST check in my stay, which is fine. In this landing page I visited it was clearly mentioned, bed preferences are not guaranteed and it is per availability. Of course when I booked I asked for double bed and this info was nowhere. Then there was a fee mentioned, about something around 8.5 euros. Never understood what is that. I tried to ask them but without any problem. Also about the checking time, the landing page was stating if you come earlier than 15.00 you will pay. This is exactly what I did at 13.00 I was there, and didn't pay anything. What if though someone would be more rules oriented and they would wonder around the city with their luggages. That is not nice from a hotel with this price range, neither the location which MIDI is considered one of the worst areas in Brussels (although I didn't face any problem).

I liked the bed. It was extremely comfortable and cozy. In general the room was very clean and had everything that you could need. Table was reasonable size for if you wanted yiu could work, nice TV that you can Chromecast whatevrr you wanted to see. Very good

Keep in mind this is not in the City Centre - walking back at night (after subway was closed) took around 30 minutes and the region around the hotel is slightly eerie at night. Also, a bit expensive for what it is.

Location is right outside Midi Station, which was what we were specifically looking for. Room was very clean and spacious.

The bar service was slow.

The room was spacious, well appointed and stylish. The bathroom had a good space and walk-in shower. There was little noise and so we had a relaxed stay. The location was excellent just opposite the main entrance to Brussel-Zuid railway station.

There was an imprint of a hand on the entrance door (door not wiped properly) ... But the price was very reasonable this time, so overall - had an excellent stay.

I always like coming back to this hotel. Quiet, comfortable rooms, lots of desk space for work; a bar if one wants a quick snack.
