The SPA was very poor and the pool was like a “public” pool.

A lift would have been helpful as I am using a crutch, also more diabled parking spaces near the entrance

The staff were very helpful, I was using a crutch. The meals in the restaurant were very good but I was surprised at the limited choice over the 3 days. The are some things I cannot eat so I was rather limited Plenty of car parkng space, but nly 1 space near the door for blue badge holders

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. It has a very relaxed ambience whilst being comfortable too. Staff were delightful, in particular Max who served us breakfast and dinner. The outdoor jacuzzi with views over the water was very special and the staff here were also attentive and very pleasant.

The menu in the restaurant could have been more varied not a lot of options to choose from from Starters to Dessert . More options would have been better . We had to travel into Tobermoray on 2nd Night as to get a better variation of foods . The bedroom had 2 single beds joined together which isn`t great as it leads to a gap in centre .

The spa and treatments available were good and staff looked after you . Nice Location . Food was good for the options available it was well cooked . Options available at Breakfast were very good .

Location brilliant, dog friendly, lovely walk in the woods with amazing sculptures, right next to the sea. A minute from the ferry. Very quiet, good nights sleep.

Food could have been a lot better. Chef seemed to be challenged on every day we were there overcooking most things from potato bread through to steak and burgers. However, the lamb was sublime and perfectly cooked. So a total mystery as to why this continually happened.

Staff were superb. Absolutely superb. The views were spectacular. The rooms and beds were comfortable and they accommodated my elderly mother - who uses a walker - true highland hospitality. Cannot shout out enough praise for the staff.

Not sure about the "open wardrobe" and ladder for stacking clothes. Maybe that's an old fashioned idea about clothes not being on display.

Breakfast was excellent. View was lovely. Room was really nice but not large. Thought being classed as De Luxe would have had a little more space.

Our room wasn’t serviced until we asked twice, reception phone wasn’t answered promptly, breakfast wasn’t included in price which should have been for quite high price paid.

Nice rooms and common areas, food in restaurant and bar was very nice. Enjoyed a swim in very nice pool. Location handy for ferry. Bar service good

On the first night we arrived we got food from the bar, the burger and the haddock, expected more from them both to be honest! It would have been good to get a massage while there but the therapist was fully booked when we got there as when I booked it the therapist was off due to injury! Hopefully manage to book in next time we come :)!

I had a king deluxe room with view, room was ideal for a couples weekend. View was excellent! The staff were helpful especially Liam, he went above and beyond to help us with our stay and finding stuff to do while there, he is an excellent addition to the staff and made our experience on the island much better! The kitchen staff were good at accommodating certain breakfast requests aswell, hats off to them! The spa side of the resort is fantastic, the two girls in there couldn’t have been anymore helpful if they tried, we also had the wilderness deck for 2 hours to ourselves it’s the most peaceful relaxing setting and just let’s you forget about real life for that time your there! absolutely fantastic weekend and would recommend it to anyone!

I would have enjoyed more choice on the evening menu.

Breakfast was great. The dinner menu was being changed, so I won’t comment but our menu was a little limited. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The spa had no hot water private showers except one in a treatment room.

The staff was wonderful….helpful, cheerful, and totally accommodating! Lovely grounds with trails to beach and through surrounding woods. Rooms elegant and beds & pillows so comfortBle. Gorgeous views of the water in bedroom, dining room and lounge!

We were on the ground floor as we were with our dog, which was good. I am disabled and had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the reception and dining room. The bar and terrace were on ground level, but to access the garden there were stairs again. Only one disabled bay for such a large hotel.

Easy to find. Large dining room with good views from bedroom and dining room. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping didn't make up the bed

I was a bit worried because I had seen some bad reviews lately, but there was really no need! We had a lovely spacious room with view on the garden and the loch, the bed was very good, and the breakfast delicious. Yes, the bath room is rather small, but it's a bath room, not a ball room.

The spa was fully booked when we stayed. Paying for a high end room with full use of the spa I would expect some availability for my girlfriend. Maybe an email a month or a couple of weeks asking if I’d like to book some spa treatments would have been a good idea

The rooms further away have little view on the sea, but still nice. The swimming pool not open in the evening.

Lovely hotel with rooms with view on the sea, bar and restaurant have views too. Direct access to the sea within a short walk (not a beach for swimming though). Located next to the ferry terminal, convenient for a stop before boarding too. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Lack of lift and value for money

Fabulous location but pool and spa disappointing. Some areas of the hotel were a little dated and a lift for my elderly parents would have been appreciated.

It was advertised as a hotel and spa, but you have to pay an extra charge to use the spa facilities which feels a little disappointing. When I tried to book a massage there was no availability. The staff were friendly, but the service was a little slow and it felt like they maybe hadn't had the most training. Our beds were pushed together, would have been nice to have a double. It feels like you maybe pay a bit more than what you get all in all, but that might be because of the location.

Beautiful location and right beside the ferry terminal. The breakfast was pretty tasty too.

There was a large (24 ish) party in the restaurant at dinner which made conversation very difficult. It would have been better had they been in a separate room.

The hotel was very convenient for the ferry and exploring Mull. It was comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax. the food at dinner and breakfast suited us very well.

Just the price really, I could only afford one night.

Excellent service from staff at arrival. Ferried us to golf course and back. Swim in the morning, I really enjoyed. Welcome snacks. Excellent breakfast, but for the price would have liked included.

The sample menu of the restaurant looked much more interesting in the internet. Prices are quite high. I missed salad and something light for dinner. The continental breakfast was very basic. Only some cereal, joghurt ( one day unavailable) some fruit cocktail and paistry. Only on the last day I learned that I can get some toast.

The view from the restaurant was beautiful. Waiters were friendly. The cooked breakfast was very good. Nice selection of different components.
