Wifi was bad and there was no hot water.

The location was good. Fairly close to Kotor's old town. The view of the lake was great and there's a private pier where you can enjoy the view or even jump into the water.

Everything was perfect. A peaceful place. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax. It has a wonderful view. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. We thank them very much.

The WiFi wasn't great. Most of the time the signal strength was poor. The hot water supply was limited. Apart from these two issues, everything else went well.

The view from the apartment was spectacular. The arrangements in the apartment and cleanliness were really good and satisfying.

The narrow road took a bit of getting used to.

Lovely place with fantastic views across the bay. Host was helpful and waiting for us when we arrived even though we were late in the evening. Comfortable and very clean room. Nice little balcony with sun in the morning and a view of Kotor in the evening.

The location of the apparment is incredible as it's near from Kotor and Tibat. The insides are cozy and the outside is just gorgeous.

Narrow streets around the area when driving

Excellent apartment, with a great view out onto the water. Sun beds to use on the waters edge. Ilija was very accomodating and helpful. 20 minute walk to old town

Amazing property with high quality plumbing, kitchen stuff, nice terrace with amazing view. A lot of fresh clean towels and access to swim literally across the road - 3 steps. Very nice hospitable owners. Great value for money - definitely recommend👍

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views from the room are just so stunning! The apartment was clean and spacious and parking was a bonus. Lovely spot to go for a swim and soak up the sun right across the road on sun lounges and umbrellas provided. Hosts were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. It is far to the kotor city center. It takes 25 minutes to go old town. There is no big grocery store or restaurant or cafe. You need to buy things from big stores in city and carry it all the way.

You can swim in front of the apartment. It is 1+1 and has basic kitchen materials. Wifi is working fine and your view is good as well. Owner is so so nice and helpful.

No shop or pub or restaurant is near by. Literally nothing. Nearest bakery in 20 min walking distance and no sidewalks. So you need to plan ahead a little 🙂. Taxi has to be preordered.

Great apartment. Fantastic balcony with a million dollar view. Well equipped as well. Hosts don't speak any English but still manage to help you.

A little out from the old town , takes about 30 mins slow stroll , ok but if you do it several times a day especially when very hot it can be taxing !

The view from the balcony was amazing ! Seeing the cruise ships tender and then leave in the evening.

Apartment has magnificent view to Kotor bay. Every morning you can watch how new cruise ship is coming. Apartment has big closet, well equipped kitchen, safe place where to put a car (one of the biggest parkings in this area). We very enjoyed stay here.

Not related to the apartment itself but the road it is on is quite unsafe and many reckless drivers.

The view was spectacular, the hosts were very polite and helpful, the apartment was clean and cosy. Near a very nice town with lots of nice places to eat.
