Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWhen we checked into the hotel we were given our keys to our room. We were not happy with our room as it smelt of smoke and was down a dark corridor. Also the bathroom was dated and bed was facing the large window in the room. We mentioned this to the receptionist who was very understanding and was able to put us in another room which felt cleaner.
Breakfast was superb. Can't fault it

United KingdomThe room was a bit dated, and the 'spa' had children's swimming lesson's going on so wasn't exactly the romantic relaxing spa we envisaged! Didn't anticipate the £10 parking overnight.
Staff were absolutely fantastic, the reception, the grill- all simply couldn't do enough and were super friendly. The food, whilst expensive, was exceptional.

United KingdomWe had the worst service from the bar staff as we had to eat there due to the restaurant being full. Really rude - we moved our own tables to put them together - were unhelpful and not nice to us at all. We were upset that they put a service fee on the bill when we had to do everything ourselves… otherwise the reception staff was lovely as usual and warm and inviting
Loved it because 2 times I’ve been the service was so good and the rooms clean and comfy .. the steam room is not very clean looking at the door however everything else seems good. The breakfast is absolutely amazing 10/10

The room was really spacious and clean, had a really nice lighting. The bathroom was quite big and the amenities was great, really nice brand. Breakfast amazing, loads of viriaty. Swimming pool is quite big and sauna and steam room was very nice and clean.

United KingdomCould not enjoy more natural light as the windows are too transparent without inner curtains even though it has the main curtains. I could see opposite rooms through our window.
The location is very good and quite. The staffs are all efficient and professionals. Highly recommend for a break. I will visit in in one summer holiday to taste the astmosphere again. I feel it will be wonderful in summer.

Need more electric sockets - couldn't plug my phone charger in next to the bed as no available socket. Room was rather dark even with all the lights on.
