We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We weren't expecting the hotel to be so nice. It was great value for money: spacious, comfy beds, powerful shower, plenty of TV channels and a lovely buffet breakfast - and far better value than a family room in a more prestigious hotel the night before.

We liked the large family room, and the Tesla destination chargers. Two of the three were not available owing to one being fenced off, and another ICE'd by a builders van.

United KingdomVery basic room, with no separate bathroom. Sink and taps in the room, with two tiny plastic cubicles for shower and toilet. Mattress was thin and incredibly firm. Booked room with two beds but only one was made up. Not particularly clean. Vending machine really difficult to use.
Had a 3kW car charger on site for a flat €10 fee. Breakfast was good.

The bunk bed was not made, they left the bag with pillows and bed linen, never in the past, I see this The room was not very clean at all It does not meet my IBIS Standards, been a customer for almost 10 years in different locations and countries including France this one would not pass any health and safety test ., when I book in IBIS I know what I can count but here was a really disappointment

SpainVery overpriced for what it is. Rooms feel harsh like hospital rooms. Location only good for passing through for a night, located in an industrial zone on outskirts of the city, nothing nearby. Sun comes through curtains early. No kettle and expensive vending machine downstairs.
What you’d expect from a budget hotel. Easy and large parking lot. Comfortable bed.
