The booking listing states that check out is at 11:30 but we were called at 11:06 and asked if we were staying another night. To our surprise checkout was actually at 11:00! The front desk gave us until 12:00 but upon us checking out at 11:38 the front desk attendant was very short and seemingly frustrated with us. We thoroughly apologized for the situation but she was just very unfriendly.

We loved the convenience of everything being so easily accessible. When we checked in the staff was super friendly! He greeted us and was reassuring about the security and parking and provided great service.

The fridge was a little noisy so having the option to turn that off (as it was empty) would have been good.

We picked the Portlander as it was near the airport as we had a late arrival and early departure. The room was lovely and large with a great bathroom and toiletries. So nice to see a bathroom with hooks and towel rails! A simple breakfast was included with the option to choose something else at a discounted rate but we found the free breakfast was lovely - great home made hash brown. There is everything you need in the 'marketplace' although we did not have time to utilise all the services. Overall, great option for us, great value for money and in some aspects better than more expensive places we stayed on our trip.

Really large room. Nice furniture. Huge television if you like that. Bathroom was nice with a huge walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. Plenty of food options downstairs if you don't want to leave the site.

Noisy, as it is next to I-5 and it is next door to Jubitz Truck stop. If we stay again we will ask for a room on the other side of the building.

Easy access to I -5, clean, comfortable beds nice TV with lots of channels. We stayed for 1 night as we had appointments at OHSU the next day. They allowed us a later check out 12:30 and that was appreciated.

There was nowhere to hang up a jacket or anything. I can see room arrangement wouldn't allow a closet. Maybe a few clothes hooks would help.

The handicapped accessible room was very clean. Staff was accommodating arranging pick up from airport and return to airport. Breakfast was a voucher to be used in an onsite restaurant. Food was good.

All great, if I had to be critical they have a policy that both guests have to be present to get the free breakfast, if one person wakes up early and goes down to breakfast then the other person is out of luck. Next time I’ll know better, and I will be back

Wonderful details like a book exchange, a jigsaw puzzle, and trivia games. Room itself very comfortable, very good coffee and toiletries, excellent pillows, quietly efficient air con.

Super convenient! Had a nice restaurant and bar on site. 24hr convenience store, a little movie theatre, deli, great complimentary breakfast like a mini mall under the hotel. Staff were super nice! The waitress we had a couple times at the Cascade Grill was amazing and so friendly! Just a once stop shop for everything.

The fan on the heater/AC unit was loud. I had to turn it off, then the room got stuffy, so I turned it to auto. Throughout the night the AC kicked on and kept waking me up.

I liked the location close to the airport. I also liked the restaurant and convenient store all in the same building as the hotel.

All the amenities! Super helpful, sweet staff. I came in very late and they got me an Uber w/o charge…over and above! I didn’t know what to expect, as it’s a ‘truck stop’, and I was a single female. I felt super safe and the very nice breakfast was a bonus also! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!
