    “Hello I stayed at this hotel Sunday night and the room hadn't clearly been cleaned there was public hairs in the bath and several other places I have contacted the property and spoke to Kim who is more than happy to refund me the full amount please contact them re my refund regards A.smith”

    “Spotlessly clean in the bedroom & bathroom. Very comfortable, with everything you could want or need during my one night stay. Would be good for a longer stay too, with plenty of room for hanging clothes & bedside tables have drawers. Lovely shower & decent-sized cubicle! Fan provided for use in hot weather. Very easy access with outside door & room on coded locks, particularly as I was arriving late. Code arrived by email exactly when it said it would! No problem about not having reception staff.”
