I liked that it was spacious and had all kinds of little personal touches, such as the uplifting signs and decorations, the abundance of towels and the sunny windows. It was so much more fun than a hotel! Even the squeaky old floors made me smile!

Location is absolutely fantantastic & highly recommended. Instructions to find it which would be difficult without were a godsend & greatly appreciated.Would most happily stay again.

A little maintenance is required to fix shelves & door hangers, etc. (which are of a lightweight cheap variety) as previous guests have been a little disrespectful. That said, my trusty Swiss army knife came in handy!

We left before breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, very clean. Restaurant across the parking lot better than expected.

Humming noises of ????????? all night long; difficult to sleep. One of them was the refridgerator in room; others were local ambiance. Room looked out over office building with lights on all night. Hotel situated next to Hwy 26--traffic noise all day and night--but several twists and turns from a entrance to Hwy 26. No close coffee or restaurants nearby, except the hotel restaurant across the parking lot, which luckily was good food but wants to be a tavern, so noisy and alcohol-oriented.

I was incorrectly charged at check out and have tried to contact the hotel via email, via website and via this booking.com app and have not received any response or reply. It is extremely dissatisfying as a paying customer at the lack of any customer service or responsiveness.

Honestly I understand the price is really cheaper, but one woman in my room looks like she lives there, and she sleeps naked, and she was talking alone all night, the place has the opportunity to improve, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, I changed to another place.

Room was rundown and carpet badly needed cleaning. No tea & coffee in room despite being offered when booked. No breakfast of any sort despite also being listed when booked. The whole place badly needs a massive makeover. Booked first 3 nights of a weeks vacation here. Moved elsewhere after 3rd night.
