Breakfast rather too heavy on carbohydrates. No ordinary electric socket near desk. Room was only serviced once during the 3 nights' stay.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed and good linen. Reception and check-in straightforward and very quick. Room was quiet and well-cleaned on arrival and extra towels were available.

The bathroom sink was clogged with ...hair? Whatever it was, it didn't drain well. And we saw what we thought were ants? But it was something else. Mainly in bathroom

Mattress was too soft and shaky: if one was turning - the mattress was shaking like it’s an air mattress. Other Hampton hotels we stayed had better mattresses.

Good location for us - our friends live nearby. Very good staff - friendly and helpful.

The person who I checked in with was not very pleasant. He had no emotion whatsoever and just did his job. Wasn’t mean or rude, just didn’t make me feel welcome. Also, this place has the nerve to charge you $12 to park your car in their lot. I’ve never heard of this before. Why not just add it to the price of the room so it doesn’t come off as so ridiculous?

Very clean and comfortable bed. The shower had good pressure and the bath had permanent installed shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles which I really liked. The lady who I checked out with was very nice and personable.

The TV kept going into a mode that kept speaking what was on the screen. Could not turn it off but didn't spend much time in the room watching TV.

was disappointed that we have stayed there multiple times and now suddenly they charge $12 a night for parking. and it cost more if you want to make your reservation refundable. Both are new charges and make this hotel more expensive than others. Might expect the parking charge in downtown Portland but in Hillsboro.

We didn't like the fact that there was a parking fee added. In the 23 years I have come to the area, there has never been a fee anywhere. There is plenty space available there and in the whole area. What's the point? This is not even indoor parking. Additionally, one can hear highway noise nearby, especially at night. As a suggestion, if you had heavier drapes it would dampen the sound. Quietness is desirable.

Breakfast was fine, convenient, standard fare for hotels. Coffee was excellent, location good, clean, cheerful area. Only negative were the apples, they were old and dry. The staff was very helpful. We especially liked the night front desk woman who went out of her way to make us welcome.

Everything was outstanding. Only the pool looked like it could do for a cleaning.

We loved how fresh and clean our room was. Everything was very nice. The beds were great (pillows, linens, mattress). The room got very dark at night and we didn’t hear our neighbors either night (or at any time). Peaceful business park location. Highly recommend.

The property was crisp so it’s hard to be critical. Only room for improvement? The pool could use a cleaning. Some people might be unimpressed with the parking fee.

Very clean and quiet in a mellow “business park” area. Lovely staff. We will stay here every time we visit friends and family. Highly recommend.

The potatoes for breakfast was not good. The noice from the freeway was unexpected since we were not familiar with the location. Being pet friendly perhaps an area for the dogs to do their duties would be nice.

The eggs and bacon were good but did not like the potatoes. Odd flavor. There was a nice variety of choices. The rooms were neat, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
