I liked that it was spacious and had all kinds of little personal touches, such as the uplifting signs and decorations, the abundance of towels and the sunny windows. It was so much more fun than a hotel! Even the squeaky old floors made me smile!

The place was more spacious than I realized, very much enjoyed the reading/sitting area in the front. The kitchen had quite a few utensils, pots & pans, etc. We were there so such a short time, basically only to sleep, that we weren’t able to make use of it. There were supplies to make coffee but we didn’t even do that.

This apartment was so nice. Beds were comfortable, very clean and warm environment with an easy check in/check out routine. I especially loved how welcoming it was for our dog.

Guests should know in advance that there are steep-ish stairs up to the apartment. These may not be good for older guests who those with ambulatory issues. Only a single bathroom. And I prefer much brighter lighting, though I would not call the apartment dark.

The cable did not work and the room with queen size bed was not heated properly.

It was very clean and homely. It had a lot of windows. I love windows. There was everything for our convenience; food, toiletries, cleaning products, even things for our pets.

Since it's an older house, there was some creaking when walking on the wooden floors, especially near the bathroom door. Additionally, there seemed to be some rough spots on the floor, as my child's foot once picked up a very tiny splinter that needed to be removed

Overall, it was well-organized and the cleanliness was impressive. The home had a cozy atmosphere, and the neighborhood was quiet. The location of the accommodation was also convenient, with Wegman's just a 5-minute drive away, which was a plus. :)

Party across the street made parking very tricky at the end of a long day, but obviously no fault of the cozy corner! We borrowed a fan to hide the noise and managed to sleep well!

Exceptionally clean and spacious in a convenient location. The property was well stocked and all instructions were clearly communicated. The sunroom with the fireplace was a nice bonus. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I wasn't fond of the tenant. She was very rude and unkind. She chased my family and I out 3 hours earlier than the stated check out time. We also weren't allowed to use the laundry. I felt like I was trespassing on the tenants property. Not like we were sharing a space.

I am allergic to cats and although the place was super clean, the cat dander from a prior guest’s cat triggered my allergies.

Could not use the oven due to previous guests leaving spilt food which caused smoke alarm to go off when turned on. Booking.com has the wrong apartment number so we were confused at first trying to get in. Ms. Bev helped us sort it out.

The location was fantastic. Roughly a few miles from almost everywhere we went. Walked to a local park that was maybe a 5 min excursion. Also, Ms. Bev took great care in making sure their was little things you might have forgotten to pack, i.e. female products, toothbrush, first aid etc. This was our first airbnb so we packed everything we might need but was surprised at the amount of care she put into the guests stay.

I have no complaints, it suited my needs completely.

The location was perfect ,I was attending an event at the RBTL and it was less than a 5min drive to the venue. The accommodations were spacious and well equipped. As well the unit was very ,very clean.
