Nicely decorated and well maintained property with lots of soul. Exceptional value for money. Naz is a fantastic host that makes sure to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. The best thing is to start off your day with a chat with Naz over the amazing breakfast spread she lays out for each of her guests. Me and my friend loved our stay here, and would come back in a heartbeat if we were ever to visit the Cappadocia region again❤️

everything was as I expected. want to add special thanks to Cerdar, Cem and Emir from front desk who help me to solve some issues. Breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of dishes to choose. Room clean and neat.

Excellent location, Konak bazaar on the other side of the road, walking distance to sea side. Public transportation close by. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Even though a room with a balcony was selected and paid for, the hotel does not have real balconies, only french balconies.

The room space was adequate for one person, but it would be tight for two. There was limited natural light. The bathroom smelled very bad. The hotel appeared outdated compared to the pictures, indicating a need for renovation. Τhe breakfast was horrible every day the same things without any quality.
