They make you download an app to use as a virtual key with no option to have a physical key/token instead, which can't be done if you don't have a working phone number/roaming. Also, there was a hiccup with the check-in process as the room wasn't ready and was still being cleaned when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes to be allowed to leave our luggage inside, then left for some more time as the cleaners were still inside. Not ideal after a long trip when all you want to do is get some rest. The receptionist and supervisor were kind and apologetic and tried to help as much as possible though.

The accommodation was nice and clean with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, there was enough plates/glasses/cutlery for all 4 of us. Also enough toiletries in both bathrooms. We didn't use spa/pool/gym, but it's definitely a plus that they are there. The whole building felt safe and secure.

We had to ask for new Linen Daily and Housekeeping was at extra cost. Second room in the two bedroom was really small and short heighted as well.

Location, The Supervisor Tarik were really great. Our room was great , hospitality was good even at Check In. Beautiful views from balcony. Great Security. Good quality Facilities provided.

It is definitley in need of maintenance, for instance the dishwasher door and the refrigerator door we’re loose from the wood covering, balcony glass hadn’t been washed in ages, shower needed a rack to place your shampoo and soap (you see where the screws are, but nothing is there anymore), springy mattress, list goes on and on. With some maintenance the apartment can be so much nicer. Also i was unlucky to get the apartment on the first floor, from the backside facing a school. They play very loud music music before/after breaks. Those tunes are now forever embedded into my memories and being 😅

We got the one bedroom apartment, which included all appliances and what you might need for a good stay. Convenient and secure underground parking for the rental car.

I was not pleased that the couch was green and on booking the photos showed a grey couch (that looked also more confortable). The bedsheets were not from cotton, and every night I had to arrange it because it was slippery. I didn't like that it didn't had hand soap in the bathroom. Shower gel was not enough for the time spent (5 nights). In the kitchen there was no towel or paper tissues, no sponge and no dishwasher gel or dishwasher for dishwashing machine. If you wand to be confortable , you have to buy all of these. Domestic shopping is not something that I want to do on my vacation. Very dirty windows on the terrace. No map of the building or parking space to be able to take the elevator that it suits best.

I liked the parking place and the location near Taksim. I liked that it had a small balcony, I expected to be wider. Room was spacious.

The electronic key system sometimes took upto 7 attempts before allowing access.

Everyone was very nice and happy to help. My meetings were being held at the Sheraton next door, so the location was perfect for me. The apartment felt very safe.

- not enough towels and duvets were provided even I stated there would be 5 guests but only 3 towels were provided. The staff said they would bring a duvet in the morning so we didnt have the duvet for 1 night. Luckily we booked 2 apartments as it is a group of 9 ppl so I went to the other apartment and took some duvet and towels from them for the night - nobody told us about the facilities, swimming pool and sauna. Information should be mentioned to guests.

The property is poor connected with the city, most of the time we were dependent on the taxi/uber.

1. There is a school right across the street and we woke up in the 7:38 morning with music for class. 2. There are no minimal cleaning supplies, such as a towel or soap. But there is a dishwasher.

The location is very close to Taksim square, there are a lot of food stores around the property. We have used the parking underground area, but had no chance to visit the pool area. We had a late check-in and it was very simply with JustIN Mobile App! The kitchen was very well equipped, the sleeping bed is quite comfortable.

The bathroom shower sink was clogged, the water go out of the shower zone everyday, I have to wait around 10 minutes to open the water just for 1 minute ! ! ! ! I have requested to repair this issue every day, one time they sent staff to repair it, but the problem was not completely solved. I re-complain again (everyday), but they promised me with no luck of coming back again to solve the issue until my check out day ! ! ! ! ! ! !

For some reason it was super hot in the property and we couldn't find a thermostat to adjust it. We were a family of 5 and only 3 cups available. But these are just small things. Don't let this put you off. Istanbul was amazing.

Everything was ok. The area is very lively, lots of traffic, the apartment was modern with all the facilities. Also I did like the pool sauna, steam room and gym at the lower level. Really good value for money.

The mattress of the bed is not the most comfortable

The facilities, security, privacy. The location is not at the center of the touristic area, but 15 minutes uphill from taksim and you can slways find a taxi next to the sheraton next door

The property is on a busy road so very noisy. Also, there is a school at the back of the property which plays a ridiculously loud music every 30-60 minutes starting around 8am. The property is fairly maintained and rooms are well-decorated but could be improved.

Nice and spacious, good access to shops and main landmarks. The gym and spa facilities are nice.
