The property is clean , rooms are big and okay, , well heated with hot water and no problems. I liked the design of the hotel inside , it looks luxurious for the price . The staff si very friendly and willing to help. I will come back

Everything was nice and exceptional. In the lobby desk, Berke, Bilge, Hulki were so nice to us and helped throughout our stay. Sergen, the big chef was also helpful. Breakfast was tasty and they were the one of few hotels that allow you to take out some fruits and cakes from the buffet hall to your room to enjoy a bit afterwards. I wish their swimming pool and sauna were operational at least till midnight but thats a minor detail.

the heating allover the hotel was too much. But I think that is because Turkey is a rather warm country, they are not used to the cold (haha)

Everything was exactly what I needed for a four-day business trip to Istanbul. I appreciate that the room had a proper working desk and office chair. All staff, from managers to the cleaning team, were very polite and helpful. Traffic is terrible in Istanbul, but the hotel is close to the motorway and the bridge, thus addresses are relatively easy to reach on both the Asian and European sides.

- The hotel does not have sound isolation, next room talking at night makes you wake up easily. - There is no setup to limit your TV voice centrally, you can increase volume at midnight or early morning. - Taxi in istanbul is a bit annoying, I always failed to get taxi instantly. Yes, hotel can book it in advanced especially for airport drop, but instantly waiting on the street around hotel is very difficult, I missed 5 empty taxi and they dont stop.

Hotel can arrange a taxi sharply when you go to airport, stay in touch with them. Hotel staff are informative and very helpful. good to be in central place. I like their heater in winter, working immediately.

The breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. There is a spa with free facilities, pool, steam, sauna and hammam. Unfortunately the steam room was not working and when I asked about the hammam, I was told I can use it but I would have to do it myself, I have never been in a hammam so I had no idea what do it myself meant, otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. THE SHOWER IS AMAZING!!!!!! Yes that requires capital letters, I could have spent hours there if it wasn't so wasteful....enjoy the shower!

All was well.

This was my second stay at the property. The rooms are clean and functional. Spacious and we had a walkin in cub board. The property allowed us to do an early check in, and Mr Kaan was expectionally polite and arranged umbrellas as well for us. He was friendly and guided us with good near by traditional dining places as well. The restaurant breakfast is good spread as well.

The staff at Reception, Segen, Barke and Omer specifically were super helpful. They were ready for support 24/7. The housekeeping spot on and timely. Location is central to a lot of things and mall and metro is walkable. Its peaceful and quite hotel. Good breakfast fast spread. Lot of near by eateries near by.
